1. Research involve the methodology description as a crucial step, therefore, each group member must read the following complementary reference from unit 3 at the Knowledge Environment: Kuada, J. E. (2012). Research Methodology : A Project Guide for University Students (pp 59-60). Along the course a diagnosis is being carried out, to identify the current situation of Colombian enterprises digital transformation. Based on this information, and its own search on internet, libraries or other reliable sources, each student posts on the Collaborative Learning Forum a mind map describing an appropriated research methodology related to the diagnosis, including:     

Name Date Type of research Phases of the methodology References (Use APA)

2. Based on the reading and taking into account the proposals posted by each student, each group must define a research methodology according to the following chart: Research Methodology Grou p numb er Probl em of study Type of resea rch

How to promote digital transformation in Colombian enterprises? The Research Methodology is considered and defined as the discipline that elaborates, systematizes and evaluates the whole of the procedural technical apparatus available to science, for the search of data and the construction of scientific knowledge. The methodology emerges as the sciences develop, from which it follows that methodological knowledge, learning and experience of the techniques operates as a continuous, gradual and progressive process in which knowledge is built and the way to acquire it is configured with the passage of experience. The methodology of the research, in this sense, is also part of a research project where the criteria adopted in the choice of methodology are explained and explained. The research methodology has different tools. Among those known in the qualitative ones we can mention the phenomenology, case study, ethnography, life history. The quantitative method is statistics. Likewise, as part of a project, the methodology of the investigation has the function of exposing and describing the criteria that will be adopted according to the choice of the method of work and the exposition of the reasons that give rise to said procedures, being the most qualified to undertake the study of the objective. The Stages of the research methodology are the following:

Phas es of the 1st Stage: Problem Statement meth odolo The first thing that the researcher has to do is clarify and delimit gy well his research problem. There are three fundamental reasons for researchers to seek relevant information from the beginning: - Justify the "originality of the problem". - Collect theoretical background to form a theoretical framework. - Track methodologies and techniques applied by other researchers in the sector. 2Stage: Obtaining the data

The selection of techniques that are required depends on the nature of the problem and the work methodology. Unfortunately, in many situations of educational research, ad hoc instruments are not available. In this case, original instruments must be developed and validated, which implies successive stages of construction and testing of the instrument until it functions properly. Once all the previous steps have been prepared, the fieldwork is carried out, which simply consists in going out to the field to make the observations or collecting the data that had been foreseen in the plan. This work is carried out by "field researchers or interviewers" who in the case of the Memories and Seminars are the students themselves. 3 Stage: Processing of information Each individual member of the sample generates a certain amount of information, which is convenient to accumulate in data sheets. or electronic forms. For greater ease of handling the accumulated data, these are coded with numbers, signs or letters. 4 Stage: Analysis of data and tests The interpretation of the results should be clear from the analysis of each table or chart that has been planned. The conclusions are based on the results presented. The main result will be to show if the hypothesis is accepted or falsified. Remember that a research work only ends when the research report has been prepared, whose style and form. Refer Kuada, J. E. (2012).
