Sports starts earn ridiculously large salaries If we ask ourselves: who is the most successful athlete? The answers would be many, however, there is a universal measure that could be used which is: their earnings. Whether your game is knocking out other boxers, hitting jaw-dropping home runs or slamming down monster dunks, the scorecard that matters most for some people, including a lot of non-sports fans, is how much money the best athletes make. On the other hand, one of advantages is, although athletes and sports competitors typically have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, no formal educational credential is required for them to enter the occupation. Only, they must have extensive knowledge of the way the sport is played especially its rules, regulations, and strategies. But takes many years of practice and experience to become an athlete or sports competitor. Professional athletes generally advance in their sport by displaying superior performance and receiving accolades; in turn, they earn a higher salary. Others may receive endorsements from companies and brands. In addition, we must consider that professional sports are played where there are great sports facilities. However, sport is a business which generates billions with a great amount coming from television rights. If that money is taken by the owners and not passed down it would be like slavery. The players can only be paid so much because the person paying them is selling their work for more and making a profit on it. One of disadvantages is the gender wage gap in sports: for example the U.S. women’s national team in the final moments of its World Cup victory, were supported, through chants, in his fight for equal

pay in front of the world. In addition, that athletes have to pay taxes in every country in which they play a game, practice, and perform a service that is part of their contract. Professional athletes, are required to pay taxes. Since professional athletes are constantly traveling, their state of residence becomes even more important when allocating their income to the respective country. Nonetheless, professional athletes need to strategically plan to maximize their peverofits, while factoring in the implementations of the taxes. Also, the athletes who have a ridiculously salary may mismanage their money due to trivial and unnecessary purchases. In conclusion, I believe those athletes with high salaries have some special talent which normal people can’t have in certain areas. Athletes are experts at some specific sports such as basketball, football, swimming, etc. It is hard for average people to reach that level, no matter how hard they try. People who watch the game can obtain happy experiencies and enjoyments which may enrich their lives and benefit their health. While the disadvantages can be fought with adequate strategies when signing a contract.

Experiencie that you remember well Ever since as a teenager I dreamed of traveling to Europe. There are a lot of reasons why I love Europe- the history, the architecture, the way of life but mostly, I love it because it was my first trip to other countries. Europe is a place where I experience of culture shock. In contrast, many things are different than in Peru. Furthermore, I remember being nervous to visit Europe for the first time. I was especially anxious on my visit. It is absolutely normal to feel apprehensive when travelling somewhere for the first time. Even if, a lot of that nervous energy comes from simply not knowing what to expect. First of all, for our study trip, My friends and I decided to spend four weeks in Europe. Afterwards, we travelled to five different countries experiencing everything from towns that seemed out of fairy tales, to one of the most impressive stadiums in the world. My friends and I planned a very ambitious and detailed itinerary for our four weeks in Europe. We left home with a spreadsheet telling where we would be on each day, a list of things we could see and do, the trains we would take and contact information for all the hotels. Although, we didn’t see and do everything on the list, that was close to impossible. Otherwise, there were some places I wish we would have planned to stay longer and others maybe left a day earlier. But all in all, it was a fantastic four week Europe itinerary that we were really happy with. I remember this memory, because It happened two years ago and it means not only my first trip to other countries, but a step in my professional career to achieve my master's degree, since two of the weeks of the trip was to complete courses at the business school, EADA in Spain. Our Europe trip itinerary started in Netherlands and

ended in Spain. We travelled around Europe by train, apart from flying in some cases to have more flexibility. Of my trip, I remember Paris because is such a photogenic city and there’s so much to see and do, it’s almost overwhelming. Seeing The Eiffel Tower twinkle at night was spectacular and will always be a great memory. We loved the night scene while people would hang out by the river in the evening. On the other hand, I remember is the food of Belgium, the waffles! They were so delicious and you could choose from a large variety of toppings, and the french fries in Brussels, it’s very popular to eat them with mayonnaise. In additon, Rome because will always be special to me since I fell in love with Italy with this city, besides Rome has been an influential city for centuries, its art, culture, and architecture as they say Rome is an open museum. Consequiently, there are many incredible cities to visit in Europe. Some are known for their physical beauty, interesting history, and rich culture, while others are popular for their culinary offerings, local arts scene, and nightlife. To conclude, I recommend visiting Europe sometime in their life because their countries have a lot to see and do, are home to historically significant sites and monuments, are engaging and attractive, and have something unique or memorable to remember lifetime.
