NOTAS BÁSICAS -Debe ser instalado en un lugar seco, con buena ventilación. -Instale en lugares libres de radiaciones magnéticas, como motores o transformadores. -El sistema funciona con 110V AC/60HZ+-10% por lo que se recomienda utilizar un regulador de voltaje para evitar un daño en la tarjeta. -Consumo menor a 20VA. -Sistema de intercambio análogo. -Tipo de teléfonos a utilizar “tonos“.

HACER UNA LLAMADA INTERNA ENTRE EXTENSIONES Ejemplo: Si se desea hacer una llamada interna de la extensión 805 a la 807, descuelgue la extensión 805, marque 807 y la extensión destino sonara.

PARA HACER UNA LLAMADA EXTERNA Presione 0 y dará tono de línea externa, se asignara la línea por prioridad, donde la prioridad es 1, si 1 está ocupada, dará la numero 2 y así sucesivamente, si las 4 líneas se encuentran ocupadas, sonara con tono ocupado. En una extensión con línea directa asignada, se puede retomar otra línea presionando primero * y después # y el numero de línea.

TRANSFERENCIA DE LLAMADAS A OTRAS EXTENSIONES Si un usuario en una extensión desea transferir una llamada entrante, se hace lo siguiente: Ejemplo: Suena la extensión 804 desde por medio de la línea 3, y la persona que contesta la extensión desea transferir esa llamada a otra extensión, se presiona la tecla “flash” y se escucha línea interna, después hay que digitar el numero de la extensión (tiene 5 segundos después de presionar flash para digitar el numero de la extensión, de lo contario volverá la conexión de la línea 3 a la extensión 804) deseada por ejemplo 803, el usuario en la 803 contesta, al momento que el usuario de la 804 cuelga, se hace el enlace entre la línea externa y la extensión 803. Si el usuario de la extensión 804 no desea tomar la llamada simplemente cuelga y la extensión de la 803 continúa con la conexión de la línea 3. Si el usuario que desde hacer la transferencia hacia otra extensión desea colgar, sin que haya contestado la extensión destino, puede hacerlo, la extensión destino sonara por 25, segundos, si nadie contesta la comunicación se dará por terminada.

LLAMADA EN CONFERENCIA DE TRES PERSONAS Cuando existe una comunicación entre dos partes, se puede agregar una tercera en la misma comunicación, presionando “flash” SEGUIDO POR * y el numero de la extensión. Ejemplo: Existe una comunicación entre la extensión 805 y la línea 3, el usuario en la extensión presiona flash seguido por un * y la extensión 809, la comunicación inicia para, las tres partes.

TOMAR UNA LLAMADA DE OTRA EXTENSIÓN Si alguna persona escucha que suena una extensión, cualquier extensión puede tomar esa llamada, presionando #7. Nota: Todas las programaciones se hacen exclusivamente de la exstensión 801, de otro modo no surtirá efecto cualquier ingreso de datos.

Para línea 1 y 2 *012008# * 3 12# Para línea 1,2 y 3 *012008# *3 123# Es decir si hay disponibles 3 líneas de entrada en el conmutador hay que elegir la programación, para accesar a esas líneas. Se recomienda hacer una llamada prueba para escuchar el efecto. Previamente hay que desactivar el contestador automático para evitar que se escuche.

Nota: Si el que llama no conoce el numero de la extensión, en la grabación hecha anteriormente se pide que marque 0 así el sistema comunicara a la extensión en turno asignada, se pueden asignar 2 extensiones en turno, si la primera extensión en turno esta ocupada, llamara a una segunda extensión en turno, si las dos extensiones en turno, se encuentran ocupadas, el sistema, elegirá aleatoriamente una extensión entre la 802 y la 808.

ACTIVACIÓN DE CONTESTADOR AUTOMÁTICO PARA CIERTAS LÍNEAS Sin desbloqueo de sistema Código: *20M#. Donde la instrucción M significa el numero de línea. Ejemplo: Si se requiere que la línea 2 y 3 se encuentren activas para la contestadora automática y la 3 en modo de persona en turno se digita lo siguiente: Se descuelga la ext. 801 *202# se escucha un tono *203# se cuelga el auricular. Nota. Para evitar conflictos de programación se recomienda activar la función persona en turno presionando *21# sin desbloqueo de sistema y después hacer la programación antes mencionada.

PROGRAMACIÓN DE PRIMERA EXTENSIÓN EN TURNO PARA CONTESTADOR AUTOMÁTICO 1. Sin desbloqueo de sistema 2. Código *25 abc # 3. Donde abc es el numero de extensión a programar como primera extensión en turno Ejemplo: Cuando una línea suena, la contestadora da el mensaje de bienvenida, si la persona marca “0” la extensión que va a sonar es la extensión en “turno”, en este ejemplo vamos a asignar la “801” como primera extensión en turno, usted puede asignar la de su elección. Se descuelga la extensión 801 se ingresa *25 801# cuelga

PROGRAMACIÓN DE SEGUNDA EXTENSIÓN EN TURNO PARA CONTESTADOR AUTOMÁTICO 1. Sin desbloqueo de sistema 2. Código *26 abc # 3. Donde abc es el numero de extensión a programar como primera extensión en turno Ejemplo: Cuando una línea suena, la contestadora da el mensaje de bienvenida, si la persona marca “0” la extensión que va a sonar es la extensión en “turno”, en este ejemplo vamos a asignar la “805” como primera extensión en turno, usted puede asignar la de su elección. PROGRAMACIÓN DE TIEMPO DE FLASH Si tiene algún problema con el corte de la función flash o no funciona correctamente en su aparato telefónico, se deberá hacer un ajuste, para el uso adecuado a 1200ms. El conmutador de fábrica está programado a 1000ms. Código *81m# m significa el tiempo de corte de flash: Ejemplo: Si tiene problemas al presionar flash, se cuelgan las llamadas, no retoma línea interna, se debe hacer lo siguiente *812# Cuelga

DURACIÓN DE LLAMADAS Código: *9 abc MN# Donde abc significa el número de la extensión y MN significa la restricción de tiempo de llamada desde 1 minuto hasta 99 minutos. Ejemplo: Si requiere que para la extensión 803 las llamadas duren solamente 5 minutos y para la 806 dure 15 minutos máximo se digita lo siguiente. *012008# para desbloqueo de sistema *9 803 5 # *9 806 15# Cuelgue
