CONCLUSION

Total Quality Management is practiced by many business organizations around the world. It is a proven method for implementing a quality conscious culture across all the vertical and horizontal layers of the company. Total quality management is a management approach centered on quality, based on the participation of an organization’s people and aiming at long term success .This is achieved through customer satisfaction and benefits all members of the organization and society. In other words, TQM is a philosophy for managing an organization in a way which enables it to meet stakeholder needs and expectations efficiently and effectively, without compromising ethical values. Based on the primary TQM elements, a TQM quality management method model has been developed. This model describes the primary quality management methods which may be used to assess an organization’s present strengths and weaknesses with regard to its use of quality management methods. This model can assist an organization to decide which quality management methods to implement in order to improve organizational performance. The model can also be used as a tool for evaluating the quality management maturity in an organization. The application of Total Quality Management helps in streamlining processes, and ensures a proactive work system ready to counter deviations from the ideal state. TQM implementation has positive effects on employee satisfaction, product quality, customer satisfaction, and strategic business performance. Besides that, leadership has positive effects on employee satisfaction and strategic business performance. For employee satisfaction, which will give them positives effects are employee participation, recognition and reward.

In today's world of competition on the one hand, national, regional and international a very intense and intimate and the changes in technology, market demand and is very quick and fast, and obviously analyze, correct understanding and proper implementation issues such as total quality management can be helpful. Examine the evolution of quality management suggests that management is rooted in teaching and learning, in other words, the realization of the other principles of Total Quality Management lies in the realization of the principle of learning thus, an organization must establish an inclusive learning facilitating factors and overcome barriers to learning and field of view of quality management is preparing for publication. On the other organizations to achieve competitive advantage in the market are changing acceleration, unsurprisingly, requires the development of innovation and technology and shorter product life cycles. In the context of the research project at hand, a fairly high implementation level of the requirements of TQM in the food industry has been found. The positive correlation between the fulfillment of the requirements of TQM and the economic success of the companies could be verified statistically. The enterprises implement the quality assurance activities that can be measured and indicate a direct effect in many cases. On the other hand, the activities show deficits in using the measured data to the full extent or in using the activities for indirect or non-monetary benefit. The efforts of the enterprises in terms of issues of quality suggest that they will continue to improve their activities towards TQM. Furthermore, the total quality management system will be carefully examined throughout the organization in order to identify the critical or the most significant areas that lead to the success of quality management implementation that contributes to excellence performance. Finally, this enables managers in the food industries to give more attention to the most significant on quality management implementation to their organizational performance.
