DESCRIPTION

La utilización del panel fachada PERFRISA va destinada a recubrimientos de fachadas, tanto de edificios industriales como construcciones prefabricadas, viviendas, escuelas, hospitales, compartimentación o cualquier otro elemento separador que precise aislamiento, rápida colocación y una completa recuperabilidad Se fabrica en una línea en continuo donde las caras exterior e interior son perfiles conformados en frío. El aislamiento de poliuretano expandido se inyecta entre las dos caras para un espesor predeterminado, formando un conjunto compacto y totalmente integrado. A continuación el panel se corta a la longitud deseada. El particular diseño de la junta de estos paneles posibilita la ocultación de sus fijaciones sin necesidad de tapajuntas, en el caso de los Paneles Semiliso, Liso y Plano o con tapajuntas, en el caso de panel Classic, que lleva unas entalladuras en las chapas exteriores destinadas a recibirlos, garantizando a su vez una total estanqueidad de la unión, tanto en su colocación vertical como en horizontal (excepto el Classic). Aceralia Transformados new range of wall panels is the result of over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry and its constant endeavour to develop state-of-the-art building technologies. The panels are designed mainly for use in the walls of industrial and prefabricated buildings, houses, schools, hospitals, and for partitions or any other dividing structures that have to combine insulating qualities and rapid installation while being completely reusable. The panels consist of two coldformed galvanised steel skins with an appropriate finish for every need, bonded together by a rigid insulating central core of expanded polyurethane foam, forming a robust, solid assembly. The special design of the joint between these panels hides the fastenings and ensures a perfectly water-tight union, regardless of whether the panels are installed horizontally or vertically. The panels are manufactured in a continuous process, which guarantees both great uniformity of product quality and flexibility in planning. SEMILISO Un panel de paso 1150 mm. que se encuentra entre el plano y el liso. Su cara exterior de acero de 0,5 mm, prácticamente lisa, ofrece un microperfilado que conjuga estéticamente con la junta de unión de los paneles a la vez que aporta una mayor rigidez al elemento.

CLASSIC Se trata de un panel plano de paso 900 mm de gran calidad, con dos caras exteriores de acero galvanizado de 0,5 mm de espesor conformadas con una ligera nervadura, unidas entre sí por un núcleo central aislante de espuma rígida de poliuretano expandido, que conforman un conjunto compacto y sólido. Las entalladuras de los laterales de las chapas exteriores están destinadas a recibir un tapajuntas que oculte la tornillería del amarre a la estructura que aporta un inmejorable diseño exterior.

CLASSIC This is a high quality flat panel, with a 900mm. width, formed by two slightly-ribbed metal skins made of 0.5 mm thick galvanized steel sheets. The panels are joined together by a rigid insulating central core of expanded polyurethane foam, forming a robust, solid assembly. The side notches made to the outer plates are intended to receive the cover plates to conceal the fastening screws to the structure, thus providing excellent external design features.
