Configuring MT-102 with MTM

1.

Run MTM From icon

2.

Enter project name 2.

3. Add new module by Right click on project name

Enter module name and chose type and firmware

Tips: If you don’t know what version of firmware you have, chose deafault. In download moment if type is different MTM tell you. Then use “change version” from right click menu

Click “General” in “Device” list Enter PIN number card that you plan to use in “SIM card PIN number field” Make sure option “YES” is in “Use of GPRS”

Click “GPRS” in “Device” list Enter your APN name, user, password if required

Expand “Authorized numbers” in “Device” list and click “IP” field Enter IP number of SIM card that will be use in Module near the PC

Click “resources” in “Device” list and check “Internal resources Modbus ID number” Default is 1, here you can change ID for MT module

9. Connect MT-102 to PC using RS cable

10. Click “Environment” and use your COM port

12. Click “Write” and watch the progress bar

11. Click „Connect”

Watch the LED OVR on the module Until is lighting do not power off. After the LED turn off, power off the module and put the SIM card inside. Then power on.

Add hardware in Windows Control Panel

17. In Control Panel click „Add Hardware”

19. In Control Panel click „Network Connection” And create a new connection in network tasks

Tips: If the dial-up connection have failed, you can make handshake on the COM port from PC side:
