A.Mathieson & Son Glasgow 1 inch skew rebate plane. nice clean condition with clear stamp to front full length iron, may have come out of a school looking at initials on back of the plane R.F.H.S? some paint marks to side where it was used against a finished painted surface. good clean wedge, Price £13 Inclusive of postage to mainland U.K. Ref WP72

Mathieson Glasgow Fillister Plane, Nice early stamp on front of the plane, no damage to the plane other than a little wear to the bottom of the fence, nice elaborate brass depth stop, original scribing iron with very nice box wood wedge, the main iron is by Hildick, good wedge with a little wear, stamped by original owner, all parts moving freely, a good all round plane.

G. Steadman & Son Birmingham Maker England Jointer Plane. 22" long by 3" wide, a recent jointer from the 1930's in excellent condition made for Buck and Ryan in London and stamped showing this, no ex owners stamps so in really hard to find condition, the iron is clean and full length stamped Buck and Ryan with their logo. no damage what so ever just light scratches one for show or nice user plane. A.Mathieson & Son,17" Jointer Plane. 17 inches long by 3 inches width other than light scratches this plane is G+ condition, the stamp is crisp and clear and also says Best Warranted. there are no ex owners marks so that in itself is a rarity, original iron and back iron stamped with all trademarks and in very clean condition, nice plane for show, sole is very clean. Sash Ovolo Plane. nice rich patina with good characteristics, 3" high good spring marks, has ex owners stamps on front of plane, there could be a makers stamp on the rear of this plane

T.J.Gardner Bristol 1/4"Square Ovolo Plane. good stock, the wedge has been glue repaired where it has been broken in the past, almost full length iron, light hammer marks to the heel and a stain mark to one side of stock, good sole with one light scratch/groove stamped with ex owners name, clear spring lines. A.Mathieson & Son Skew Mouth Rebate Plane, no splits, breaks or repairs, just the usual toolbox knocks, it has a strike button on the rear of the plane J.Wilson on all surfaces apart from the sole, full length iron and the wedge is good with just wear, a good users plane. W.DIBB YORK Moving Fillister Plane. a good users plane nice patina, good fence and depth stop, fault that I can see is the scribing iron has broken off some time ago and the body of the plane has a few redundant worm holes I have treated these and if preferred you could wax over these and they would not be visible, I have left as they form part of the planes character. the stamp is visible but faint, wedge only has minor knocks and a good length iron still on the plane light hammer marks to rear of the plane and stamped

John Moseley & Son Skew mouth Badger Plane, an old badger plane stamped John Moseley & son 54-55 Broad Street, Bloomsbury London, the iron is original and also stamped John Moseley, in G condition with no breaks, splits or repairs, just the odd toolbox dinks and some paint splashes,wedge and handle are good it measures 16" long by 3" wide, more photo's to anyone interested. John Birch & Co Skew Rebate Plane 1894. the scrolled stamp is wearing but still visible, iron will need to be reground, stamped lightly to front and rear is ex owners mark, stock has a couple of paint splashes and light scratches but no damage good wedge with usual wear.
