Q: Imagine you are Mr. Zetsche. What other actions would you have taken at Mercedes?? If I am the Mr. Zetsche at Mercedes, I would take following actions at MERCEDES Seek out Mentors: I will seek out for mentoring the employees, reach out to those who have gone before you to gain from their experience Identify your Cheerleaders. I will try to identify the cheerleaders in my team and over view their work and try to notice how much they help the increase of company and after viewing their work I will reward them as a bonus for their hard work Build internal communication I will try to build my internal communication with employees and also with the segments like  Interest  Power  High power- High stakeholder  High power- low stakeholder  Low Power – Low Interest Stakeholders  Low Power – High Interest Stakeholders The Change Approach I will focus on change approach if the employees are not feeling well in the environment of organization also try to motivate and satisfied the environment The Human-Assets Approach I will also use the human asset approach which is managing one person at a time through this approach employees can make decisions, interact with customers straightforward to make long-term strategic planning The Strategy Approach I will also use the strategy approach focusing on the planning of future including near and far. In this strategy data tell about planning of short- and long-term strategy. Show how feedback is being used: I will take an action of demonstration to demonstrate staff how their feedback is being used.

Create a strong team environment. Strong employee engagement is dependent on how well employees get along, interact with each other and participate in a team environment. Identify the priority areas to improve the bottom line. Create an action plan, dividing the areas into short- and long-term goals. Encourage innovation & Trust I think Engaged employees are innovative. They’re always looking for a better way in the organization for the betterment of the company . Rightsizing: I’ll choose the right number and appropriate person for the right job
