Chief Engineer accepts Golden Spade, turns second spadeful of earth and delivers Golden Spade to Mayor Rossi as custodian. (s) Mayor Rossi accepls Golden Spade and onnounces its deposit in fhe de Young Memorial Museum for posterity. (h) Chairman Shonnon announces setting of Historical Record Plote.
