By-pass nut (middle nut) was unscrewed 3 full turns Oil can circulate from one side of the circuit to the other when motors start working as pumps

When pressure in the circuit reaches the setting of the poppet, It opens letting oil flow to the pump control servo, de-stroking the pump.

Poppet is opened. Oil can flow to the control servo. Pressure under servo relief valve is charge pressure. Servo relief opens and pressure over it will be charge pressure from that point on, protecting the pump servo. Oil will go to reduce the displacement of the pump

Poppet is open, oil is flowing through the orifice of the high pressure spool. Due to pressure drop through the orifice, higher pressure before the spool pushes the spool up and opens the passage for the oil to flow from the high pressure side to the low pressure side

Oil is flowing the orifice of the high pressure spool. Due to pressure drop through this orifice, pressure before the orifice pushes the high pressure spool against its spring and opens a passage for the oil to flow to the low pressure side

1-Disconnect F/R cable from propulsion pump 2-Remove rubber plug from potentiometer access opening 3-With no weight on the operator’s seat move the F/R control to the neutral position and turn ignition “ON” 4-Loosen the potentiometer mounting screws just enough to be able to turn it by hand. 5-Turn the potentiometer clockwise until the B.U. Alarm sounds. 6-Turn the potentiometer counterclockwise until the interlock buzzer sounds. 7-Turn the potentiometer to a position where no alarm or buzzer sounds 8-Tighten the potentiometer mounting screws. 9-Check if the F/R cable can be connected to the pump control lever without effort. If necessary adjust the length of the cable to connect to the pump control lever without any effort.

Engine warning lights

When the yellow light turns “ON” during operation, it indicates a problem with the Engine that can wait to be checked during the next machine stop. When the red light turns “ON” during operation, the engine should be stopped immediately to prevent extensive damage to the engine.

Diagnostic start switch. After ignition is turned “ON”, turn switch to right to start diagnostic.

Scroll Switch. If more than one problem exists, this switch allows to scroll through the problems error codes.

After the diagnostic mode is turned “ON”, the red light flashes an error code. The red light flashes a certain number of times, pauses, flashes again, pauses and flashes a last time. Counting the flashes gives us the error code, example: 3 flashes-pause-4 flashespause 5 flashes. Error code 345 After flashing an error code the lights repeats it.
