TIMELINE The TL Onboarding timeline is based on the 20 day plan for the TLs from the date of recruitment.

MB TRANSITION With the middle management in the LC changing twice a year and since they do most of the LC functioning it’s important to have proper transition of clients/EPs, IR and the MB projects.

MB SUMMIT MB Summit is a 3 day conference with all TL’s (currents and elects) and VPS helping the MB members to start their term with all the knowledge and skills required. You can incorporate the MB Transition if you like.

second department To achieve your goals and increase productivity, Following Team Standard is a way to increase productivity. It’s important for the Team Leader to help the member personally and professionally.

Between the first and the second department meeting, have meeting with all your members and do the first part of the Member Appraisal.
