Speaking Point to and name the seasons and the clothes. Say what your friend is wearing. Answers: Point to one of the seasons and say It’s (autumn). Encourage the pupils to point to the seasons and say a sentence about it. Ask What’s your favourite season? and encourage them to answer My favourite season is (spring). (One point for correct answer. Total score: 4 points.) Point to one of the clothes items and ask What’s this? Encourage the pupils to respond about five of the clothes items (They’re) (socks). (One point for each correct answer. Total score: 5 points.) Point to some of the clothes that one of your pupils is wearing and say You’re wearing (trousers) and (a jumper). Encourage the pupils to say a sentence about two of the clothes items one of their friends is wearing. (Two points for correct answer. Total score: 2 points.)
