After selecting the karaoke option, the next screen will allow you to chose which genre. From top to bottom the order is Rock, Pops, Enka.

Presents and Omiyage You should select the correct ENTAMA option.

To Connect to another Entama for Exchanging presents: Open the Heart Icon and choose Entama its the first option on the menu

After you select Entama youfll have another set menu options.

+ Game +Present Give +Present Receive + Marry Choose the option that you want to do [Be sure that if you choose Receive on one of your entamas then on the other entama you have to choose Give.] After you select the option to give you'll have another set of options: what to give =

+ food + treasure box + present + seasonal item After you select one of these you'll be able to scroll what item to give. After you've decided press the b button, you may have to press b several times on both entamas if you are timing is off and you are too slow. but as long as the menu doesnt disappear you should be OK. Make sure the entamas sensors are close. And I noticed it doesnt work well in direct sunlight

Exchanging gifts with other gotchi owners helps your gotchi to make friends.

You can check your friends and family by going to the the album icon. [press 'b' then scroll using 'a'] the menu says:

After you graduate from Tamaschool, you'll have an animation scene of your graduation. Then after a day or so you'll get a letter saying that its time for you take your job interview. Your gotchi will walk away nervous and then stand before three of the king's slaves, I mean helpers. If they all vote yes [o] then you'll be accepted for that job.

[Each job has three levels: you start a job at level one (one star) to increase stars you have to increase your guts points. For example if you start a job at Gotchi T.V. [kashikosa] with a kashikosa of 201. When you increase that to 302 you’ll be level two, and then increase that to 402? You’ll go level 3. However when I had my Tosakotchi I started GotchiTV with 200+ points I didn’t reach level 3 until until I went up to 600+

You can increase Guts points by using items from your treasure box. The first screen displays 3 menu options for items:

The below info is in regards to the character growth chart. Taking care of your character only affects what shijunki [3-5 years] stage character you will get. If you look at the character chart from left to right its: girl, girl, boy, boy and the order is: miss a lot, miss, a little, miss a lot, miss a little. from the Shijunki stage to sanranki [6-15 years] your evolution is totally based guts points and the order is: girl, girl, girl, boy, boy, boy Girl: high yasashi, high oshare, high kashikosa, Girl: high yasashi, high oshare, high kashikosa Memorizing this pattern you'll get any character you want. Set months, days, hours and minutes, using the A button to scroll through the digits and the B button to select. [Birthday] Set your birthday, in months and days the same way you had set the time. -> Your Tamagotchi will celebrate your birthday! 5. Female babies are white and male babies are black. There are different babies for the three different families. [Baby] After the egg has hatched, you will get a baby and have to name it! (To find out how to name your Tamagotchi, go to "2. Setting Up") [Child] Ability to Enter Tamagotchi Preschool!! As a child, your Tamagotchi will be able to enter the Tamagotchi Preschool. Here it will dance with the Furiru Sensei (Ms. Frill). He or she will be given their very first work/school item, a little bag. [Teenager] Ability to Enter Tamagotchi School!! Your Tamagotchi will get some items for going to school. There are three different classes it can enter in. Your Tamagotchi's Life/GUTS points are shown here. The three varieties, Intelligence (pencil), Style (star) and Kindness (flower) can be raised by using items or playing games. The three types start out at 0. The highest amount is 999. ~Family, Job and Gotchi Points~ Check what your Tamagotchi's family and job is, and how many Gotchi Points (Tamagotchi money) you have. At the top is your Tamagotchi's family. The families are: まめぞく : Mamezoku めめぞく : Memezoku くちぞく : Kuchizoku Below that is your Tamagotchi's occupation, whether it be in preschool, school or working. If your Tamagotchi is working, your job rank will be displayed in stars. At the start of a job, you'll only have one star, but as your GUTS points increase, you can get up to three stars. You can get up to 99 999 Gotchi Points (G). ~Age, Weight and Name Check~ Every day your Tamagotchi becomes a year older. Your Tamagotchi's weight is displayed in grams. It will become heavier when you feed it and lighter when you play games with it. Your Tamagotchi's name is displayed at the bottom of the screen. ~Gender and Generation Check~ Your Tamagotchi's gender is displayed in both Japanese and the universal characters for female or male. Each time your Tamagotchi has a baby, the generation meter will go up. *------------------* | 5b. Feeding Time | *------------------* In here, you can feed meals and snacks to your Tamagotchi. There are two meals and two snacks to choose from. Meals (top option) make your Tamagotchi's stomach meter go up! Mamezoku: Pencil Memezoku: Star Kuchizoku: Flower If say your Tamagotchi is in Mamezoku, you are only allowed to choose Mamezoku foods. You could have successful cooking, or unsuccessful cooking. If successful, you will have another item in either your meal or snack lists!!! *------------* | 5c. Toilet | *------------* When your Tamagotchi is about to do a poo, little lines will appear around your Tamagotchi. Highlight the toilet mark using the A button to scroll, and B button to select while it is doing this. Your Tamagotchi will then use the toilet. If your Tamagotchi makes a mess, select the toilet mark to clean it up. *------------------------------------------* | 5d. Happiness and Gotchi Points Up Games | *------------------------------------------* Highlight the Game mark using the A button to scroll and B button to select. Here, you can select three games! Games help if your Tamagotchi is on a diet as it makes your Tamagotchi thinner! NOTE: Games also increase your Gotchi Points. You can use the C button to get out of a game. ~Matching Card Game~ This game increases intelligence GUTS points. Four cards are shown face down! Flip over two cards, using the A button to scroll and B button to select. If they are the same, you win! Game Clear!... If you manage to beat all six rounds, game clear! Happiness will be increased and you will get 500G. Game Over... If you do not manage to win, game over! Happiness and Gotchi Points may go up though!

Good!- If you get at least 1 round clear happiness will be increased and you will earn Gotchi Points. Great- If you get at least 2 rounds clear you will also gain some intelligence GUTS points. ~Clothes Catch Game~ This game increases style GUTS points. Use the A button and B buttom to mote the mannikin left and right to catch the clothing and avoid the poo! Game Clear!... When you catch all 100 clothing, game clear! (Game is also clear when you have caught 99 clothing.) Happiness will be increased and you will get 500G. Game Over... If you catch a poo or miss clothing, game over! Your happiness and Gotchi Points may go up though! Good!- If you get at least 3 points, happiness will be increased and you will earn Gotchi Points. Great- If you get at least 10 points, style GUTS points will be increased as well. ~Rescuing Bebitchi Game~ This game increases kindness GUTS points. Choose a spot on the wall to hammer using the A buton to choose and the B button to select! Try to rescue the Bebitchi on the top! Game Clear!... When you hammer 30 blocks, game clear! Happiness will be increased and you will earn 500G. Game Over... If your hammering skills were not successful, game over! Happiness may be increased and you may gain some Gotchi Points. Press B to see its gender, and press B again to view its relationship with your Tamagotchi. [Relationship Levels] The relationship levels are as follows (from lowest to highest): しりあい ともだち しにゅう だいしんゆう こいびど ねつあい The friend list can only store up to 50 friends. If you attempt to connect with any more, a warning message will appear on the screen. At this time, you should part with friends on your friends list. [Parting with Friends] When a friend is selected, press the A button. You will be asked if you wish to part. Choose Yes (top option). You will then be asked if you are sure. Select Yes again to delete that friend from your friend list. ~Family~ Choose "Family" using the A button to scroll and B button to select. SCHOOLING || ||==============|| As your Tamagotchi goes to preschool and school, you'll get to see it interact with the teacher! [Tamagotchi Preschool] Your Tamagotchi will dance with its teacher! Pressing buttons will have no effect here. [Tamagotchi School] In class, the teacher will hide an item in one of three boxes. Use the A button to choose a box and B button to select it. If you get it right, you'll get more GUTS points! ||==================|| || 7. STREET VENDOR || ||==================|| A few times a day, the street vendor will come! Press any button to see which item he will offer and you will be able to pay for it with your Gotchi Points. After viewing the item, press any button. Then choose the top option to buy the item, or the bottom option if you don't wish to buy it. If you choose the bottom option, Gotchi Points may still be deducted. ||======================|| || 8. ARRANGED MARRIAGE || ||======================|| When your Tamagotchi is of age, the Matchmaker will come a few times each day to offer your Tamagotchi a partner! Press any button to see who she is offering for arranged marriage. You can choose the top option to marry or the bottom option if you want to stay single. ||==========|| || 9. DEATH || ||==========|| When your Tamagotchi has passed away, a grave will show on the screen. Using

Tamagotchi and take off the back. 2. Take out the old battery and replace it with a new CR2032 3V battery. Make sure the plus side is up. 3. Make sure the tabs lock in place and then screw the Tamagotchi back together. 4. Press the reset switch and then press the B button. If you want your old Tamagotchi back, select the top option using the A button to scroll and B button to select. ||======================|| || 14. TROUBLESHOOTING || ||======================|| Q: PC (Passcon) logout codes are not working! A: Make sure you did not exit your login code previously, as login codes change each time and logout codes are tied to your login code. Q: My Tamagotchi have really good relationships but are unable to marry! A: The two Tamagotchi must be at least 2 days into the mateable period for them to marry. Entama cannot connect with the Keitai. Q: How do you get the date onto the 29th of February? A: The Tamagotchi will not automatically do this; you'll need to do it manually. ||===============|| || 15. RESETTING || ||===============|| [When Should I Reset?] * When the Tamagotchi is frozen * When replacing the batteries * In case of a glitch When resetting, press the B button to access the Load/Reset menu.
