Step 2: Watch a sci-fi movie and deduce two research ideas. Selected movie: Her  Technology can somehow replace human contact.   Loneliness in today´s world.

Step 4: compare the ideas research inferred from the film and from the article and answer the following questions: 

Are all ideas fruitful?

Although the film is science fiction has very fruitful ideas that are part of humanity, such us the loneliness in which they live. They are immersed in the use of technology to meet their needs. In relation to the article ideas are also fruitful. The use of technology is important for learning a second language. 

Which ideas are more useful, those derived from the film or from the scientific article?

I think the ideas of the film and the scientific articles are useful because in the film the feeling of loneliness is a reality but the article is a research study that is also useful in the education.



How did the ideas happen?

In the film the ideas emerged by society in today´s world where everyday and professional tasks are lost by technological advances. But reading the article it is possible to do an analysis and get the ideas in an easy way.

Step 5: My research idea Write your own research idea based on your learning-teaching experience of English as a foreign language at UNAD.

 The use of ICT as a pedagogical strategy in teaching and learning English as a second language.  Strengthen the ability of speaking during study time in the Bachelor’s degree in English as a second language.
