Writing Section Write about what you think people need to do to be healthy. Think about what they should eat and what they should do. Write at least four sentences. This is the path that people should follow to have a healthier life: First of all, they have to eat healthy, what you eat is closely linked to your health, eating vegetables and fruits are the best thing to do. Getting regular exercise is a must, exercise can help you feel relaxed and ready for everything and you can lose weight if you're overweight, protect your skin, that´s important and of course, avoid smoking and limit how much alcohol you drink.
