It’s a story (1)……… a boy called Troy who goes on a journey to (2)…….for his friend Zyra. It wasn’t what I expected, although I am interested (3)……..science fiction. I thought this story would be like films I had seen, but I (4)……..after a few pages that it was (5)……..interesting than a film. Troy goes to many place and times. He (6)…..his knowledge with different (7)…… of people and learns new skills from them. Then he moves on. The last part of the book (8)…….the meeting between Troy and Zyra when they are both caught by some space criminals from the future. But that’s enough information from me (9)……. I don’t want to spoil it for you. It’s really quite (10)….., too, with some excellent jokes about time travel in it.

The airport man

Yesterday Ahmed (0)…left….his home for the first time in eleven years. But his home is a very unusual one- he has (1)…..the last eleven years living in an international airport. Ahmed had no family in his own country, so seven years ago he set off to search (2)……..his sister who lived in Scotland. He hadn’t heard from her for (3)….. but he had an old address. He never (4)……. The art of the counterfeiting is an (0)……old….one. Nowadays it is a million dollar business, especially in France. Seventy percent of products (1)………..throughout the world are produced in France. The problem has (2)……….so serious that a French organization which was (3)…….in 1872 to protect the rights of manufacturers, has just opened the museum to draw (4)……….to this industry. It is hoped that the museum will also show (5)………..buyers what harm they can (6)………..by purchasing imitation products. Counterfeiting is not confined to forged money and watches. The museum has more than 300 exhibits (7)…….from luxury items through to toys, food, computers, electrical appliances, cutlery and even flowers. While luxury bargain-hunters may enjoy the thrill of snapping up a fake Gucci handbag at the market, imitations are not (8)………to such extravagant products. For (9)……..a Cartier watch may be (10)………..a luxury, while a (11)……..of Nike basketball shoes is not; nevertheless, counterfeit versions of both can be found. Counterfeiting causes more problems than just the (12)……..of revenue and jobs. Some products such as medicines, food and toys can be dangerous, and all are illegal. So the (13)…….time you are tempted to go on shopping trip to Paris, (14)……..that under French law anyone knowingly purchasing a counterfeit product is (15)……….a crime.
