I. DESIGN CRITERIA

DESIGN CRITERIA 1. PREFACE Roof LRT Project , are use steel construction. The project site is located at Jl. Kelapa Gading North Jakarta. The Roof Structure The Roof Structure of the building is designed with the steel frame construction system. Sub Structure Sub structure of the building is using existing foundation by others. 2. BASIC CONCEPT CALCULATION An early stage of planning is studying the structure of the system that can be used by following the requirements which is defined or specified by the architect and the mechanical & electrical and determine loadings depend on the function of its chambers, then do an early design to determine the dimensions of the components of the structure. Structural analysis using SAP program V14.00 with 3-Dimensional analysis was modeled as a 3-D frame. Geometry defined structure of the line and column spans relationships whichproduced 3-D structure of the frame. The calculation of seismic forces, carried out with a dynamic 3-D analysis (Model Analysis) by applying elastic response spectrum as specified in SNI 1726-2012. The results dynamic analysis is used to perform seismic shear force distribution on each floor. The pattern distribution of dynamic seismic forces are then used in static analysis. Calculation of reinforcement beams and columns are done with SAP program with the load coefficient calculations are based on SNI 1726-2012 regulations. Reinforced concrete reinforcement planning for each element follows the structure and the combination of strength reduction factors such as SNI 2847-2013 regulations.

3. CODE USED Planning this structure of this building, in all things complied with all regulations and the conditions with applicable in Indonesia. The rules were as follows :  The Planning Of Procedures Earthquake Resistance for the Building ( SNI 1726-2012)   

The Procedurs For The design Steel Sructure Of Buildings (SNI 1929-2015). The Procedurs For The design Concrete Sructure Of Buildings (SNI 2847-2013). The Guideline Planning of Loading For Home and Building (SNI 1727-2013).

4. Material Spesification The quality of materials used are as follows:   

5. LOADING COMBINATION For planning elements of beams and columns follow the rule standard procedures planning structure concrete to the building sni 2847-2013 , on strong need to .In accordance with sni 2847-2013 , the influence of earthquake considered work in two the direction of the axis main in simultaneously , which is 100 % of earthquake directions combined with a 30 % major earthquake the straight vertical direction. Combination loading for fixed and temporary load , the next is as follows: 1. U = 1.4 D 2. U = 1.2 D + 1.6 L + 0.5(Lr atau R) 3. U = 1.2 D + 1.6 ( Lr atau R ) + (L atau 0.5W) 4. U = 1.2 D ± 1.0 W + L+ 0.5 ( Lr atau R ) 5. U = 1.2 D ± 1.0 E + L 6. U = 0.90 D ± 1.0 W 7. U = 0.90 D ± 1.0 E Whereas: D = Dead load L = Live load W = Wind load Lr = Roof live load R = Rain Load E = Earthquake Load H = Lateral soil pressure 6. LOADING 6.1. Dead Load Dead load and superimposed dead load; self-weight structures such as beams, columns, plates, walls; architectural finishing and heavy weight ducting, wiring, plumbing M / E is inserted and included in the dead load.
