Vessel sizing and drawing is based on UOP document 9023078-301-01-231-D9003 (METRIC)-Vessels-Rev-0. Flow rate and fluid properties is based on UOP document 9023078-110-01-PFD Rev.0 Process Flow Diagram Dew Point Control Unit and UOP document 9023078-B1-Stream Data Rev 0 (stream 407) Case 2. CALCULATION BASIS 1. CALCULATION OBJECTIVE This calculation was performed to size the 2 phase separator with 50% margin. (refer to document JTB-SF-P-DBS-900-00004 Eqiupment Design Criteria revision 5 section 6.3.2). 2. CALCULATION METHODE Vessel sizing is carried out using 2 phase vertical separator calculation sheet 3. ASSUMPTION a. VRU Inlet Scrubber is a vertical two phase separator with Vane type inlet device and Vane Pack internals as per JTB-SF-P-CAL-900-00004. b.

Base case for vessel sizing is case 2.

K factor is 0.49 as per document JTB-SF-P-CAL-900-00004 "Equipment Sizing - Process Vessel Sizing" on bid bulletin 19.
