You can donate at your local Red Cross. B. The process is simple, easy and painless. Every unit of blood you donate can help save three lives. A. The blood is divided into red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets, each of which can help a different person. B. If you donate 6 times a year, you can help 18 people. C. If you donate for 10 years, you can help save the lives of 180 people.
