WRITING TEST Reports You help out in the multimedia centre at a language school called Highford Academy. The school’s director has asked you to write a report on the centre with a view to making improvements. Read the extract from the director’s email and the comments made by students, and write a report for the director incorporating students’ opinions and making suggestions for improvements. (220-260 words)
I expect by now you will have received some answers to the questionnaire you asked users of the centre to complete. Like the DVD library, but most of the films are American. Too hot, too crowded, too noisy! You can’t always get on a computer - some people spend hours writing emails. Some excellent listening material – shame the CD players are so bad.
