Export Price List

General Information Prices All the prices listed here are to be intended for the final user and relative to sales on the non-Italian market. The prices do not include VAT, import/export duties, custom excises and other applicable taxes.

Warranty MoHo s.r.l. warrants all products for 24 months since the delivery date, provided that the products are installed and used in conformity with the instructions. MoHo s.r.l. will identify the origin of each malfunction and accept or refuse the warranty terms. MoHo s.r.l. will repair or substitute all the defective parts that are covered by warranty at the time the unit is received. MoHo s.r.l. will cover the material, repair and shipping back to the client costs. The shipping costs from the customer to MoHo s.r.l. will be covered by the customer.

System configuration Due to the rapid evolution of high precision microelectronics, MoHo s.r.l. may be forced to modify or limit the options and the features of the instruments. MoHo s.r.l. will inform the customer of any variation at the time of each specific order. We recommend to contact MoHo s.r.l. for all information on the most recent configurations, options and/or limitations. All products can be delivered in a format slightly different from what is described in the present price list, but an identical functionality will be warrated. All the units described in the present price list are followed by the list of options and expansions. For additional options, contact MoHo s.r.l. When sending an order, please specify the prices and options by using the item code. These codes are the only reference accepted by MoHo s.r.l.

Upgrades and training Firmware and software upgrade are free for 24 months since the date of delivery of the system. MoHo s.r.l. provides to all clients a one day training course on the instruments and on the techniques of analysis at the company headquarter in Venice (Italy). The dates of the courses are notified by e-mail to all the eligible clients. Training courses can be organized on demand at any location.
