Practix –

Mobile Radiography

Changing its point of view comes naturally Practix 300 With its swiveling telescopic tube arm and rotatable column, the Practix 300 adds a new and outstanding dimension to mobility. Optimal positioning can be achieved as easily as with a stationary Bucky system. Various features and options allow the unit to be used for wide ranging applications in all fields of radiography.

Mobility from

head to toe Easy handling and positioning The easy maneuverability of the Practix 300 allows X-ray exposures to be made wherever needed. With its smooth running wheel system and small footprint, Practix 300 provides outstanding mobility. The Practix 300’s swiveling telescopic tube arm and rotatable column allow the tube to be positioned quickly and easily, whether the unit is situated at the foot or the side of the bed.

Due to its geometry with rotatable column and swiveling telescopic tube arm, both beds are easily accessible without the need to reposition the basic system.

Applications Short exposure times prevent motion artifacts, with high peak power and mAs producing images of excellent quality. This allows the Practix 300 to be used for a wide range of applications and is particularly suitable for taking X-rays of patients in emergency rooms and for use with thorax exposures. 36 APR programs make working easier and faster. Additionally available options are remote control, high-resolution X-ray tubes with different focal spots and dose area product measurement (Diamentor PX). Digitalization As with all members of the Practix family, the Practix 300 can be upgraded to digital by adding CR (Computed Radiography) cassettes, providing a lighter and more compact alternative to a digital flat detector.
