My Ideal Job Choosing our first job can be a difficult one, so first we need to establish clearly what our criteria are, what we really want to do. I think it is very important to know oneself before we decide on a job. We need to make a proper assessment of our personality, skills and interests. For me a first condition that would be that following the activity in the workplace to feel personal fulfilment, that is to give me the opportunity to do what I like, so that my personal values are not at odds with those professional. It also matters the salary offered. It should ensure that my personal needs are met and provide me with psychological comfort so that my work is not affected in any way. My dream job is a banker. A banker is a person who help and advise clients with regards to financial matters. This job is not for everyone, must fulfil a lot of requirements which I think have it. First of all you must be honest and able to negotiate for a credit terms profitable for customers and bank. I want to work in this field because I love to work with people, teamwork and can offer me a lot of opportunities develop myself. Banking is the one of the areas which government are focused in growing economy so I will be happy to be part in this action. I would love to work for HSBC bank because they offer training and get involved in employee development. They also offer many chances to grow professionally. In the position of banker I will interact with people assist them with services like open accounts, checking and savings accounts, authorizing loans and moving money. I will advice clients on banking products and services. As a Personal Banker the most important task includes:  Process and validate a variety of financial transactions;  Communicate with customers and possible customers to find information about their needs;  Accept loans, credit cards and other payments;  Provide superiors customers service;  Initiate new accounts;

 Accurately balance and maintain cash drawer;  Complete annual compliance training; In my opinion after I will graduate I think that I will be ready to put in my practice all my knowledge learned in College and can have a positive impact of my personal development. This area is in full development and improvement. I think since we have the base it becomes very easy to be able to adapt to the demands of the market. To be successfull it is very important to be flexible and involved in everything we do. Nowdays are many opportunities to find your ideal job. Below are some more used: Resource I often use is Linkedin,Indeed and Monster. Each source is great chance to find a job being very easy to create an account and apply. As a conclusion I think that before we engage in any field, we need a reflection on our own person, a good information about the job in question, but also a knowledge of the ways in which we can obtain that job. After my degree I think I will have necessary skills and knowledges to apply as a personal banker. Resources like Indeed, Reed,Monster will be very helpful. As long you are focused on your goals and you are in continue development is simple to get your ideal job.
