USER GUIDE HYPER EA 2.3

How does it work? Hyper EA is based on a few basic indicators, is trading on a pair EUR/CAD and is using M15 timeframe. A trading occurs exclusively during night hours (EST). The system searches for the right conditions for the trade, specifically – flat channel, and only then opens up the trade. The advisor has many built-in filters which allow minimizing the probability of a losing trade. Hyper EA has a feature of setting up the Stop Loss level which excludes the probability of losing the whole deposit. Hyper EA will work with brokers using floating as well as fixed spreads. There is also a support for brokers with 4 digit and 5 digit quotes. Besides this system has a number of additional features, such as: the system of a money management, which controls a transactions lot depending on the amount of your deposit; the system of volatility control, which doesn’t allow trades during the big price movements; the spread control system, which doesn’t allow trades when the spread is too high.

Hyper EA Settings Here is the list of Hyper EA 2.3 settings: Magic – change this value only if you have some other adviser with the same magic number placed on some other chart. This parameter allows Hyper EA to determine which order was opened by itself and which one by some other advisor.

Comm – Hyper EA 2.x orders’ comments.

UseAutoTimeCorrection – sets the automated detection of the value of the TimeCorrection parameter. UseDST — is set to true for brokers which change the difference between the GMT and the server time with the switch to summer/winter time. It’s effective only when testing the advisor in the strategy tester. SlippageOpen – the maximum slippage (in pips) for the open price. It doesn’t have any effect at the brokers with Market Execution.

SlippageClose – the maximum slippage (in pips) for the close price. It doesn’t have any effect at the brokers with Market Execution.

IsTpAndSlVisible – identify if orders have visible the stop loss and the take profit levels.

UseMM – identify if adviser uses the autolot size.

MMType – the value using during lots calculation. 1 – Lot will be calculated using account balance; 2 – account equity; 3 – free margin; any other value – auto lot size is ignored and adviser uses Lot parameter. It doesn’t have effect if UseMM = false.

LotsFor1000 – the lot value used for every 1000 deposit currency units. In other words, this value sets the risk – LotsFor1000 = 0.1 means 5% risk per. trade. We do not recommend to use risk higher than 10% per. trade. It doesn’t have effect if UseMM = false.

Lot – the lot value. It doesn’t have effect if UseMM = true and MMType equal to 1, 2 or 3. 5

LotsDigits – the count of digits after dot in the lot value. Make it 2 if your broker accepts micro lots (0.01, 0.02 etc). Make it 1 if your broker accepts mini lots (0.1, 0.2 etc). Make it 0 if your broker accepts only standard lots (1, 2 etc).

IsMarketExecution – if this value is equal to true then orders will be opened without Stop/Loss or Take/Profit levels and only then they will be modified. This method has to be used at brokers with Market orders execution. You can check if your broker has the Market Execution by clicking “New Order” Button and check the “Type” field in the opened “New Order” window.

UseTradePause – if this value is equal to true then the EA doesn’t trade during the Trade Pause time. The Pause Time have to be set using the next 4 parameters. The base time is time of your terminal + TimeCorrection. That means if you have TimeCorrection = -1, HourStartTradePause = 23 and MinuteStartTradePause = 0, then ea will not trade starting 22:00.

HourStartTradePause – set the start hour of the trade pause (we recommend to set it equals to 0).

MinuteStartTradePause – set the start minute of the trade pause (we recommend to set it equals to 0).

HourStopTradePause – set the end hour of the trade pause (we recommend to set it equals to 0).

MinuteStopTradePause – set the end minute of the trade pause (we recommend to set it equals to 5).

AllowToOpenTrades – this value is used to forbid opening trades during the Trade Pause time.

AllowToCloseTrades – this value is used to forbid closing trades during the Trade Pause time. 6

StopLoss – the orders stop loss value (we strongly recommend to set this value equals to 50).

MaxSpread – the spread limitation for opening trades (we recommend to set this value equals to 8).

SettingsType — the parameter used to set a trading risk. 1 – low risk; 2 – medium risk; 3 – high risk; any other value – low risk.

TimeCorrection parameter In version 2.3 you can use function of automatic setting parameter TimeCorrection. To do so, you should set «true» for the UseAutoTimeCorrection parameter. However, in some cases you have to set TimeCorrection parameter value manually. For example, you have to do it in order to test the advisor in the strategy tester. Example: broker «FinFx» works at winter time on GMT +2, and at summer time on GMT +3. Thus, TimeCorrection parameter always must be equal to 0. 8

Hyper EA advisor test and adjusting the UseDST parameter Attention! UseDST parameter is only available when the advisor is working in the strategy tester. The trading time for Hyper EA advisor is from 20:30 till 22:00 in the summer and from 21:30 till 23:00 in the winter. As you may know, some brokers adjust the time on their trading servers according to GMT during daylight saving time transitions (for example, FinFx changes it from GMT+3 to GMT+2). For such brokers you should set UseDST = true while testing. And if the broker leaves the difference between their server time and GMT unchanged, UseDST parameter should be set to false. In the first case the value of the TimeCorrection parameter will be saved, while in the second it will be changed. This is required so that the advisor would trade according to its standard working time (20:30 to 22:00 during summer and 21:30 to 23:00 during winter). While testing you should set the TimeCorrection parameter according to the table presented in the previous section. The value of TimeCorrection is set for daylight saving (summer) time (column 1).

Attention! This mechanism is based on daylight saving time transition in the European Union. In case your broker changes its time according to American standards, there could be certain errors in the course of two weeks due to the lag in daylight saving time transition between Europe and the US.

How to install Hyper EA on your account Step 1: Copy the file ‘Hyper EA 2.3.ex4’ to MetaTrader4/experts folder. Step 2: Copy file ‘InternalDll.dll’ to MetaTrader4/experts/ libraries folder. Step 3: Open the terminal. Step 4: From main menu go to Tools >>> Options >>> Expert Advisors. Set fallowing parameters and press «OK» button:

Step 5: Open chart of EURCAD M15

Step 6: Attach Hyper EA 2.3 to the chart.

Step 7: In the new opened window open “Input” tab. You can see whole list of Hyper EA 2.3 settings. You need to set lots parameters (UseMM, LotsFor1000, LotsDigits, Lot) and trading time parameters (UseAutoTimeCorrection or TimeCorrection). Press “Ok” button when set up all settings.

Step 8: Turn on the advisors by clicking “Expert Advisors” button on the toolbar. If everything was set up correctly, you won’t see any error messages on the chart.
