  1.- El aire entra a un secador a temperatura de 65.6 °C (150 °F) y punto de rocío de 15.6 °C (60°F). Usando la gráfica de humedad o las ecuaciones apropiadas, determine: a) La humedad real. b) El porcentaje de humedad. c) El volumen húmedo de esta mezcla. Además, d) calcule también el calor húmedo Cs usando unidades SI y del sistema inglés.

CONCLUSIÓN El aire entra a un secador a temperatura de 150 °F y punto de rocío de 60 °F, tomando en cuenta esos datos ya que nuestra gráfica se encuentra en °F. Usando la gráfica se determino la humedad real marcada en color verde, porcentaje de humedad marcado en color azul , el vólumen humedo de la mezcla marcado en color morado y el Cs marcado en color rosa.

Trazar una línea de 150 °F hacia arriba (donde se ubica Cs)

Trazar una línea en la intersección de 150°F y 60°F y obtenemos que HA es menor de 10%.

Trazar una línea de los 60 °F hacia arriba (donde se ubica Cs) con respecto a la línea de calor húmedo vs Humedad y obtenemos un Cs de 0.245 BTU/lb°F.

1.- Trazar una línea de 60 °F de punto de rocío hacia la humedad y nos da un total de 0.014 lb de vapor de agua por lb de aire seco.

Con la línea de 150 °F y con respecto a las dos líneas de vólumen se coloca una intersección en cada una de las líneas de volumen.

Trazamos 10 líneas con respecto una de otra y tenemos un VH de 15.7 ft^3/lb°F.

2.- Una mezcla de aire y vapor de agua que se alimenta a un proceso de secado, tiene una temperatura de bulbo seco de 57.2 °C (135 °F) y humedad de 0.030 kg H 2O/kg de aire seco. Usando la gráfica de humedad y las ecuaciones apropiadas, determine el porcentaje de humedad, la humedad de saturación, el calor húmedo y el volumen húmedo.

Para está mezcla no fue posible conocer con exactitud el valor de Cs, ya que con los datos que se tienen para poder utilizar el diagrama, obtenemos una cantidad menor a la minima encontrada en el mismo diagrama.

CONCLUSIÓN El aire entra a una temperatura de 180 °F y humedad de 0.0655 kg H2O/kg de aire seco, tomando en cuenta esos datos ya que nuestra gráfica se encuentra en °F. Usando la gráfica se determino la Hr real marcada en color amarillo en la intersección de H y la Taire, T(2) se determino con respecto a la Hr de 10% el cual trazamos una línea al 100% marcada en color azul al igual que la H(2), la T(3) se determino con respecto a la Hr de 100% el cual trazamos una línea al 80% marcada en color rojo al igual que la H(3), teniendo en cuanta que a las temperaturas se tuvo que hacer conversión de °F a °C.

CONCLUSIÓN:

El aire entra a una temperatura de 170.06 °F y una Temperatura rocío de 105.08 °F, tomando en cuenta esos datos ya que nuestra encuentra en °F. Usando la gráfica se determino la T(90%) a parti temperaturas antes mencionadas, marcada en color azul y verde T(90%) esta marcada en color rojo al igual que la H(90%).

Con la intersección anterior trazar una línea horizontal el cual tenemos una H(90%) de 0.064 lb vapor/lb aire seco.

Con la intersección anterior trazar una línea vertical el cual tenemos una T(90%) de 116 °F o 46.6 °C.

5. Una mezcla de aire y vapor de agua tiene una temperatura de bulbo seco de 65.6°C y una temperatura de bulbo húmedo de 32.2°C. ¿Cuál es la humedad de la mezcla?
