SOP for Installation GCC driver on Win7/Vista 32 or 64bit OS For 32 bit installation method: ******Don’t need to upgrade latest firmware for 32 bit OS****** ****** This area is only for latest firmware****** ******If you have previous firmware version can skip this area******

(Jaguar IV and Puma III LCD series) Go On/Off line  MISC Select USB printer type.

GCC USB --- For XP and Vista 32bit use (OS MUST Install latest window driver and usb driver on this mode)

(Expert/Sable/Bengal NO LCD series) 1. Press ON/ Offline button

2. Select Pause and Origin Set together.

Control panel LED display (Select printer mode and Press “Original SET=OK” ) ◎ Fl a sh i ng● LE DK ee p so n Operation System Common USB Mode (for 64bit OS) GCC USB Mode (for 32bit OS)

Repeat

Data Clear

Cut Test













3. Select “Data Clear Button” to process GCC USB mode (for 32bit OS)

Then Press “Original SET button =OK”

Step 1. Go to GCC Club

Step 2: Using your registered ID and password login

Step 3: Select “drivers” as below

Step 4: Select “Cutter”  Machine series and length as below

Step 5: Select “Driver for 32bit” as below:

Step 6: Select “Download now” as below:

Step 7: Select “Save or open” to execute driver installation:

Step 8: Select “Next” to install driver as below:

Step 9: Select “Finish” as below (Congratulation your installation is finish)

Step 10: To check USB setting is correct or not. Please select as below “START”  “Printer and Faxes”

Step 11: Choose your cutting plotter Click “Right mouse button” and select “Properties”

Step 12: Check USB port is that correct as GCCUSB000---GCCUSB001---GCCUSB002---GCCUSB003” Reminder: GCC cutting plotter can support maximum 4 USB port. So everytime you “Unplug USB cable” or “Power off machine” USB port will auto jump to another one as “GCCUSB000---GCCUSB001---GCCUSB002---GCCUSB003”

For 64 bit installation method. ******Make sure you have been upgrade the latest firmware version.(Supported Vista 64) Latest firmware already been uploaded on distributor club. For End user please contact your locate dealer for upgrade method.******

1. Press ON/ Offline button

Then Press “Original SET button =OK”

Step 1. Go to GCC Club

Step 2: Using your registered ID and password login

Step 6: Select “Save or open” to execute driver installation:

Step 10: Select “Common USB mode” and plug in the USB cable to personal PC.

Step 11: Once plug in PC’s right bottom corner will auto detect and shows as below: Hardware device manager will show “USB Printer supported”

Step 12: Go --- Control panel / Printer and faxes area

Step 13: Please Go --- Control panel / Printer and faxes area  Double click on your “current cutting plotter” New window will come up

Step 14: Select “Printer”  Select Properties

Step 15: Select “Ports”  Select “USB000---USB001---USB002---USB003” (Only will happen on Common USB mode)

Please try to configure USB port as sequence “USB000---USB001---USB002---USB003”

Reminder: GCC cutting plotter can support maximum 4 USB port. So everytime you “Unplug USB cable” or “Power off machine” USB port will auto jump to another one as “USB000---USB001---USB002---USB003” (Only will happen on Common USB mode)

How to Manual set USB port if you can’t print out any works? Try to output a cutting jobs at Coreldraw:

If you found you current port cannot print out any jobs. Please Go --- Control panel / Printer and faxes area  Select “your current cutting plotter” Properties (by “right click mouse”)

Please try to configure USB port as sequence “USB000---USB001---USB002---USB003” Reminder: GCC cutting plotter can support maximum 4 USB port.
