INSTALL POWER LINE
Securely fix the Power Line to the Terminal. Connect Ground Line to the Bolt where GND Lines are gathered using 5mm NUT st 1 type Ground is recommended.

TRANSFORMER CONNECTION
In the case of RMX-850R, Transformer is connected as the picture. Depending on Main Voltage, Transformer’s Connection shall be changed.
< When input voltage is not 380VAC> Separate the socket which is connected to 380VAC, and change to match the Main Voltage. Changeable Voltages are 360VAC 380VAC 400VAC.

☞Check New Control mA BD or Control Main BD Replacement of NEW CONTROL MAIN BD MODULE is recommended. Fault_Fil_Power ①Check if the voltage of J4 on N-Filament BD is measured as the order of +12VDC,-12VDC, and GND ②Check if DC48~52V is measured on TP7 and TP8.

Check the Voltage supplying to J2 of Tank [LG COM SM] In 40KV 100mA condition, measure the AC Voltage at COM and SM with DVM First AC7~9V >>> When it’s READY, it will be changed to AC13~15V In 40KV 200mA condition, measure the AC Voltage at COM and LG with DVM. First AC7~9V >>> When it’s READY, it will be changed to AC13~16V. ③FILAMENT BD VOLTAGE CHECK ERRRO will be occurred when the voltage of TP4 and GND is more than 5V. At LARGE FOCUS, 1.8V→3V(READY) At SMALL FOCUS, 1.5V→2.3V(READY) Above voltage allows little difference, and it is used only for checking the change of the level. ☞ If Pre-heating in ① is checked, but the result of checking of ②③ is not measured, replacement of FILAMENT BD is required.

If the result of ②③ are measured but Pre-heating of ① is not checked, replacement of Tank is required. Fault_Charge ☞Check Main Power (3Phase power)

The voltage shall be measured as above picture and more than DC520V shall be measured. If the voltage is less than 520VDC, an ERROR can be occurred when X-ray is exposure on high condition.

Check if above Magnetic SW is pressed. If two of Magnetic SW are not pressed, ERROR can be occurred because of abnormal power supply. Fault_Temp

☞Tube overheating It can be happened when Tube is overheated or mal-connection of cables between TUBE and ROTOR BD. Fault_AD_FIL

☞Check Filament Board It’s not possible to check in the field as it’s the problem with AD Converter of FILAMENT BD. Replacement of FILAMENT BD is recommended. Fault_PW_CPU1 ☞Check CPU Power Board Check if the LED of CPU POWER BD as above picture is ON. Check the output of voltage for each TEST POINT. If the output of voltage is not correct, CPU POWR BD shall be replaced. Fault_PW_CPU2 ☞Check CPU Power Board Same action is required as ERROR 23. PAGE 20 / 27
