

Replaced the company’s line of simple furniture with innovative products Trimming product lines



Enthusiasm for green products

Design change.

Bad Practices :

Loss of productivity caused by high turnover among factory workers (Increasing inexperienced workers).



Increased inventory(idle machinery, additional workers)



Forecasting was not so efficient(Anthony Fasano)



Large outlay of cash for inventory added cost.

RECOMMENDATIONS Emphasize on good labor relations. Providing training opportunities to help unskilled workers. High tech tools and increased productivity had made the plant highly efficient. Components generated and carefully coordinated to minimize WIP inventory.
