I disagree with the statement because I criticize that currently celebrities do not transparently express what it is to be a responsible person and with leadership, I only see that they are fashion or trendless beings without social depth, with a lack of values and without interest in transmitting something that really help people, of course they are not all, but I reiterate that most do not reflect anything of what was discussed. 1. I am not a fan of the media, but of course I follow them often to be informed of what is happening now in all areas: economy, politics, social, sports, etc. 2. I do not have any idol or celebrity, but I do admire the artist Carlos Vives to some degree, because he assumes a leadership role and becomes responsible for a situation, especially when it comes to helping his community with his songs and his activities of economic support and in presence, he is also willing to cooperate as part of a team with others to send important moral messages and finally he coordinates the efforts of the people; gather people for a common purpose.. 3. A leader must be prepared to do an arduous job, must have a very good track record of success, must have assertive and effective communication skills with others, must also be responsible and ethical when thinking, speaking and acting and be willing to lead in the best way a work team and know how to cooperate in this. 4. The roles leaders should show are to find paths for themselves and others with what they are passionate about, then it is to align the environment, recognizing it and in turn to the people so that there is harmony and good intentions are transmitted that help to the community, and finally it is important that she has the role of empowering or leading the talent, energy and involvement of the people and also helping her with what she does, with what she delivers and with her interaction with people.

Estoy en desacuerdo con la declaración porque critico que actualmente las celebridades no expresan transparentemente lo que es ser una persona responsable y con liderazgo, solo veo que son seres de moda o tendencia sin profundidad social, con carencia de valores y sin interes por transmitir algo que en verdad ayude a las personas, claro esta que no son todos, pero reitero que la mayoria no reflejan nada de lo discutido.

1. No soy fanatico de los medios, pero desde luego los sigo a menudo para estar informado de lo que sucede en la actualidad en todos los ambitos: economia, politica, sociales, deportes, etc.

2. No tengo ningun idolo o celebridad, pero si admiro en cierto grado al artista carlos vives, porque asume un rol de liderazgo y se vuelve responsable de una situación, mas que todo cuando se trata de ayuda a su comunidad con sus canciones y sus actividades de apoyo economico y en presencia, tambien el tiene disposición para cooperar como parte de un equipo con otros para enviar mensajes morales muy importantes y por ultimo él coordina los esfuerzos de la gente; reune personas para un propósito común..

3. Un lider debe estar preparado para hacer un trabajo arduo, debe tener un muy buen historial de exitos, debe tener una capacidad de comunicacion asertiva y efectiva con los demas, debe tambien ser alguien responsable y etico al momento de pensar, hablar y actuar y estar dispuesto a liderar de la mejor manera un equipo de trabajo y saber cooperar en este.

4. Los roles que deberian mostrar los lideres son encontrar caminos para si mismo y para los demas con lo que les apasiona, luego esta el alinear el entorno, reconociendolo y su vez a las personas para que exista armonia y se transmita buenos propositos que ayuden a la comunidad, y por ultimo es importante que tenga el rol de facultar o liderar el talento, la energia e implicacion de la gente y asu vez ayudarla con lo que hace, con lo que entrega y con su interaccion con las personas.
