Record a video expressing to what extend you agree or disagree with Dan Pink’s view on motivation using the present perfect, phrasal verbs, and other functions practiced in this learning activity. B. How to do it? 1. Click on the video The surprising truth about what motivates us https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6XAPnuFjJc. Watch it as many times as necessary and take notes. If there is any word you don’t understand, go to www.wordreference.com and look it up. 2. Read your notes, decide if you agree or disagree with his position, and record a video expressing your opinion. Sample I don’t agree with his opinion. I have had many different jobs in my life and the most important factor has always been money. For money, people get up earlier, work out harder, and are able to do the impossible. You need money if you want to take care of your family. When I am looking for a job, I always think about the salary first. I have had many different jobs where the pay has been good and the work has been repetitive and monotonous. This is not a problem for me. I am good at learning anything. I just need the right incentive. In my case, this incentive is money.

My script I agree with your opinion. I have had many different jobs in my life and many of them despite being "well paid" jobs did not fill me as a person, I preferred to work on something that generates less income, but in turn makes me happy. I have also witnessed that For money, people get up early, work harder and are able to do the impossible, but they are not always completely happy. I believe that life is a balance and I do not say that money is bad, on the contrary, for me money is a fundamental part of life and society, it is perfect if they have it and even better if it is in large quantities, but it is more valuable to me to have a motivation, an incentive, a goal that helps you get up, to seek, to innovate. "Both autonomy and mastery would be two empty concepts if there was no purpose, what really makes you get out of bed every morning is to have a purpose, being part of something bigger is what motivates you every day to do your job. . " I completely agree with this sentence since it does not matter what you do, what matters is why you do it
