To grease upper splndle bearing,-Rl renove front name plate afld pgc grease rlght on bearing;for the lorer* spindle bearlng,SB4 rernove spLndle loqrer end cap -ll and Just dab grease on the bearing thls ehould only have to be done once or tulce every 6 months lrlth a good Llthfin Ease grease. Ihe pulley bearings shouldnrt need to be greased. ti ttrey nrn nolsy or are defectlve contact Enco for replacenent.

RE}.TOVING QUIIT & SPINDIJ ASSEMBLY l.) Rernovethe 2 Jam nuts,*2$ that hold on the retum spring cover #29. 2.) flenove sprlng and cover. 3.) Rernovetire 3 socket head cap scrers #S9 that hold the fLne feed gear assembly ttoustng.# J$ to the head. 4,) Pull the entire plnion shaft assembly (incl. 6haft, gears, houslng, hub and spokes) out the rlght side of the iread. 5.) Renove the 2 set screws that hold the qulll sprtng nountlng bracket to the qui 1l . 6.) T?requill should cone our of the heed non.
