Design of Experiment (DOE) Planning Sheet I. Administrative Information

Date: Black Belt: Start Date:

11/30/2014

Project: Champion: Budget:

Module yield 40 Hours

II. Problem Statements

Practical Problem Statistical Problem Scope:

Epoxy coverage between the component and the substrate must be at least 80% to prevent thermal run away and be able to withstand at least 800 volts. Note: Current coverage is ~60%. Develop a mathematical model that will provide > 80% epoxy coverage and > 800 volts breakdown voltage between the component and the substrate. Starts with clean components and substrates ends when the epoxy is cured.

III. Output Variable(s)
