CONFLICT The police oficcer Bacci, receive call early one morning just before Christmas, Bacci warns to a Cipolla going to a Via Maggio 58 to find an Englishman called Langley-Smythe, where he was found dead in the basement of his hause where these were many antique furniture

CLIMAX The police concluded that Langley-Smythe was exporting illegally antiques , also found fingersprints of several people in the English antique furniture The police believeng the antiquarian, Cesarini, on the fisrt floor, is involved in the murder and ilegal trade. Cipolla recived a call that says that his wife had died

ENDING The police put traps the illegal trade of English but in the end the police has no evidence to link Cesarini of any crime. The following week, Marshal sent for Cipolla who tells him that his wife had worked for the English who had refused to pay cipolla had gone there and shot Cesarini almost by accident, while Cipolla is in a satate pf anger and pain, leaving clean Cesarini.
