Materials and tools: 1. any Sport/5 ply beige, light pink, bright pink yarn for the doll with pink hair and beige, pink, light green and blue yarn for the doll with blue hair. Iused “Jeans” byYarnArt (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 160 m/50 g); 2. light and bright pink yarn for the hair of the doll with pink hair or blue yarn for the doll with blue hair; 3. crochet hook (I used 2 mm crochet hook for the main parts, 2.5 mm crochet hook for the boots); 4. two pieces of veil fabric 7 cm*300 cm (2,8 inches * 118 inches) for the skirt- blue color for the Doll with pink hair or pink color for the doll with blue hair; 5. scissors; 6. tapestryandsewingneedle; 7. blackbeadsfortheeyes; 8. black sewing thread; 9. sewing thread ofthe color matching the color of the skirt; 10. any stuffing; 11. any material for tinting (eyeshadows, oil pastel, acrylic paint, etc.); 12. buttons, ribbons, bows for decoration.

Fasten off and weave in loose ends. Make the second foot the same way.

Leg (make two) Work with beige yarn. Ch 2 and work in 2nd st from the hook: 1 Rnd: 6 sc [6 sts] 2 Rnd: (1 inc, 1 sc) x 3 [9 sts] 3-22 Rnds: 1 sc in each st around [9sts] 23 Rnd: (1 inc, 1 sc) x 3, 3 sc [12 sts] Fasten off leaving a long tail for sewing. Sew the leg to the foot using pictures below as a reference. Weave in loose ends. Make the second leg the same way. Sew the legs and the arms to the body.

Hair Work with blue yarn for the doll with blue hair and light pink yarn for the doll with pink hair. Ch 2 and work in 2nd st from the hook: 1 Rnd: 6 sc [6 sts] 2 Rnd: 6 inc [12 sts] 3 Rnd: (1 inc, 1 sc) x 6 [18 sts] 4 Rnd: (1 inc, 2 sc) x 6 [24 sts] 5 Rnd: (1 inc, 3 sc) x 6 [30 sts] 6 Rnd: (1 inc, 4 sc) x 6 [36 sts] 7 Rnd: (1 inc, 5 sc) x 6 [42 sts] 8 Rnd: (1 inc, 6 sc) x 6 [48 sts] 9 Rnd: (1 inc, 7 sc) x 6 [54 sts] 10-16 Rnds: 1 sc in each st around [54 sts]

*Put the hair on the head and find the right position for the lockswith longer ones being on the forehead. Now sew the hair onto the head. If you want to do it fast and neat, first sew the hair around the Rnd 16 leaving the locks not sewed on.

Then sew the locks onto the head one by one. Do not sew the locks of the ears’ area to sew the ears onto the head later. Tip: You don’t have to sew all the locks. I just sewed “the fringe” and two or three locks behind the ears leaving the locks of the back part of the head not sewed on.

Now embroider the hair. First take contrast sewing thread and divide the head in half. Youwillremovethisthreadlater. Thefirstpicturebelowshowsthebackviewofthehair.

I used contrasting color yarn for embroidering the hair of the doll with pink hair. Youcandoitusingthesameyarnyouworkedthehairwith as I did for the doll with blue hair. Embroider the hair using pictures below as a reference.

Do not forget to remove the contrasting sewing thread used to mark the center of the head. Ear (make two) Work in rows with beige yarn. Ch 2 and work in 2nd st from the hook: 1 Row: 6 sc (do not join in a circle!) [6 sts] 2 Row: Turn your work, ch 1, work from 2nd st from the hook: 1 inc, 5sc[7 sts] 3 Row: Turn your work, ch 1, work from 2nd st from the hook:1 inc, 6 сбн [8 sts]

Fasten off. Make the second ear the same way. Find the right position for the ears and sew them onto the head. Sew the beads for the eyes. I did it at the Rnd 16. Tint the cheeks using any material you like to work with. Now make bunches. Thread a tapestry needle with yarn for the bunches. Wraptheyarnforthehairaround your hand for several times. I used two colors for the hair. Youcanusejustoneifyoulike. Cut the yarn when you think the bunch is thick enough. Take your threaded needle and secure the yarn to form the bunch and sew it to the head. Makethesecondbunchthesameway. Usepicturesbelowasareference.

Boots Start with light pink yarn. Ch 5 and, start from 2nd st from the hook and work around the chain: 1 Rnd: 3scinonest, 2 sc, 3 sc in last st; work along theother side of the chain: 2 sc[10 sts] 2 Rnd: (3 inc, 2 sc) x 2[16 sts] 3 Rnd: (1sc, 1 inc)x3, 3 sc, (1 inc, 1 sc) x 3, 1 sc [22 sts] 4 Rnd: (1sc, 1 inc)x4, 4sc, (1 inc, 1 sc) x 4, 2 sc [30 sts] 5 Rnd: 1sc, (1 inc, 2 sc)x 4, 4 sc, (1 inc, 2 sc)x 4, 1 sc[38 sts] *Workadditional 9 slsts. The next Rnd will start after the last worked sl st.

Change to light pink yarn for the doll with pink hair and light green yarn for the doll with blue hair. 6 Rnd: Work into the back loop only: 1 sc in each st around [38 sts] 7-8 Rnds: 1 sc in each st around [38 sts] 9 Rnd: 11 sc, (1 dec, 5 sc) x 3, 6 sc [35 sts] 10 Rnd: 10 sc, (1 dec, 2 sc) x 4, 9 sc [31 sts] Put the boot onto the foot and continue working.

11 Rnd: 10 sc, (1 dec, 2 sc)x 3, 9 sc[28 sts]

12 Rnd: 8 sc, (1 dec, 2 sc) x 3, 8 sc[25sts] 13 Rnd: 5 sc, (1 dec, 2 sc) x 4, 4 sc [21 sts] 14 Rnd: 5 slst, ch 5 (itisastrap) Fasten off and sew the strap onto the opposite side of the boot following pictures as a reference.Weave in loose ends.

Make the second boot the same way.

Skirt Youwillneedtwopiecesofveilfabric 7 cm*300 cm (2.8 inches * 118 inches). Bluefabricforthedollwithpinkhairandpinkfabricforthedollwithbluehair.Makeaconce rtina fold (also known as a zig-zag fold, accordion fold or z-fold). Makesurethewidthis 8-9 cm (3.1-3.5 inches). Secure with safety pins andcutaVshapeto make a sharp-pointed edgefromonesideofthefabric. Use pictures as a reference.

Thread a sewing needle with a thread of the color matching the color of the skirt. Gatherthetopedgeusingthisthread.

Measurethewaist. Make surethelengthofthe “belt” fitsthebellymeasurement. Put the skirt on the doll, secure with safety pins. Spread the veil fabric evenly around the waist and sew the skirt onto the body.

Vest Makethreerectangulars, one for the back part, two for the front part.

Work in rows (ch 1 and turn your work after each row) with pink yarn. Backpart: Ch 22 and work in 2nd st from the hook: 1-14Rows: 1 scineachstacross[21 sts] Fasten off. Front part (make 2) Ch 10 and work in 2nd st from the hook: 1-14Rows: 1 scineachstacross [10sts] Fasten off.

Now sew all the part together using pictures as a reference. First sew the left front part to the back part. Thensewtherightfrontparttothebackpart (makeonlyshoulder seams). Putthevestonthedolltomeasurethearmholes. Put the doll’s arms up and mark the beginning of the side seams using safety pins (see pictures as a reference).

Makesideseams. Weaveinalllooseends. Put the vest off to finish it working dc alternating them with dc inc. Startfromthesideseam. Theamountof dc and dc inc depends on your gauge and your seams.Itisyoucreativework

Make the same with arm holes. Youshouldendupwithavestwithruffs.

Put the vest on the doll and sew it together to finish.Decorate the vest with bows, satin ribbons, etc.
