c Whenever Batch jobs are submitted on mainframe server through tools like Endevor , then there are chances that some Jobs may get fail or not submitted successfully , then an Engineer (from Production Environment ) who monitors the job(s) , Pulls or retrieves that job(s) with endevor, analyzes the code and reasons for failure , give them a fix (temporary or permanent) and re-submitted the failed job. In production Environment Engineer at L1 (Level1) support may get calls from users or client regarding a problem and they can generate a Ticket with severity Level and pass it on to Development for permanent fix ."
