ERICSSON BB6502 HW FAILURE SIMULATION

Methodology of BB6502 HW Failure 1. Login to site and ask for suppression to NOC and inform WATO regarding the activity 2. Health check if BB6502 has no existing alarms and sync is ok 3. After suppression is accommodated, Turn off the power supply of 1 BB6502 (U21) to start the simulation 4. Wait for 1 hr and 30 mins before turning on 5. After 1 hr and 30 mins turn on the power and wait for restoration. 6. After restoration, ask for Health Check again to check if the BB6502 is faulty 7. Check for traffic and signal content after activity. 8. Unsuppress the site and advice WATO for the finishing of the Activity 9. Log out to the site

Review of BB6502 HW Failure Simulation 1. Site Login and Suppressed at 10:34 am while logging in to the guard ask permission to WATO for the activity (c/o Sir Charles WFS) 2. Do Health Check from Integrators if NO alarm

3. Power is turned off at 12:10pm

4. Power is turned back on at 1:50pm (1hr 40 mins from turned off) 5. Health Check of BB6502 after turn on

6. Site unsuppressed and logged out at 4:29pm
