Introduction These Procedures and Checklists have been taken from the Flight Crew Operating Manual (FCOM) for the Boeing 757-200. Where required, Procedures (“Flows”) have been modified to assist single pilot operation in the simulation environment. These Procedures / Flows and Checklists must absolutely not be used for real-world operations under any circumstances. Though heavily based on the 752 FCOM and line operating experience, they are sourced from material that is not updated, and have been condensed and modified for single pilot operations. Due to the variety of equipment in the 752 fleet, modification of Procedures / Flows may be necessary for a particular aircraft’s configuration. When differences occur between these procedures and the FCOM, those procedures, checklists and flows in the FCOM shall take precedence. Your company’s procedures & checklists shall take precedence over those contained here. There are some minor differences between Rolls-Royce and Pratt & Whittney powered aircraft. Where differences are significant (Engine Start), Rolls-Royce procedures are provided first, with P&W procedures referenced secondly. Procedure items in Blue indicate a cross check of a previously set item. The short form req’d is used in place of required to save space.

ENGINE TAXI RESTRICTIONS Operate engines at Taxi thrust settings for at least 5 minutes (it is NOT necessary to delay takeoff to accommodate this restriction). DO NOT EXCEED 35% N1 in congested areas unless cleared by appropriate personnel. When stationary, do not exceed 1.06 EPR with tail wind exceeding 5 KTS; or cross wind component exceeding 15 KTS. DO NOT APPLY TAKEOFF THRUST until OIL TEMP > 50° C
