Introduction Being able to perform quick and precise passes is one of the crucial skills in soccer. Therefore, in training programs a great emphasis must be laid on improving the players’ technical ability and avoiding mishandling the balls. 2. Attention - Awareness and Basic Cooperation Goal This soccer drill focuses on practising one touch passing, wall passing and receiving. Organisation This soccer passing drill contains 3 variations. Variation 1: 8 players are located with ball in the grid, 8 players are on the sides of the grid without ball. Exercise 2: 8 players are located with ball in the grid, 8 players are on the sides of the grid without ball. Variation 3: 4 players are with ball and 4 players are without ball in the grid, 8 players are on the sides of the grid without ball. Variation 1 8 players dribble the ball in the grid, the other 8 are located on the sides of the grid. The player in possession makes a strong, low pass to one of the waiting players on the sides and runs out. The waiting player receives the ball accurately and dribbles it into the grid.

Variation 2 8 players dribble the ball in the grid, the other 8 are located on the sides of the grid. The player in possession makes a wall pass with one of the waiting players. Then he runs out of the grid.

Variation 3 4 players with ball and 4 without ball move in the grid. 8 players are located on the sides of the grid. In the right situation the player with ball passes to one of the 8 players waiting on the sides of the grid. After receiving the ball, this player plays it to one of the players without the ball. The player giving the first pass runs out of the grid, the one standing by the sideline runs into the grid.

Mark five positions with three cones and two sticks. In this soccer drill players change their positions continuously in alphabetical order. This passing drill is performed to both sides by turns. Place two players to Positions B and one-one player to positions C. Description This soccer drill always begins from Position A. Soccer Passing Drill 3 Cooperation between two players in Position B. One of the players asks for the ball and moves towards Player A. Player A passes to him but the player who advances lets the ball to the player behind him. Second Player in Position B lays back the ball to Player A who plays the first in Position B. First player receives the ball and dribbles around the stick at speed and passes to the other sided player in Position C who dribbles back to the starting position at speed.

Players change their positions continuously. Mark the players with different colored vests to make orientation easier as shown. Description Players pass the ball to each other diagonally in the same color and they change their positions following their passes. Last players dribble the ball back to the starting positions. Organisation Create two 8x8 meters rhombuses 4 meters apart. Place players to the cones. In the two ends of the area place two or more players with ball. Changing position is continuous in alphabetical order. Soccer Passing Exercise 1 Player A starts the task with a wide pass to player B who lays it back to A. Then A gives a deep pass to Player C who lays it off to Player D. When A passes the ball to C, D performs a counter movement. When D gets the ball from C takes it forward with a dynamic dribbling. After a short dribbling D forwards the ball to E. Then the game is repeated on the other side. Players take turns in alphabetical order.

Description P1 starts this soccer drill with a strong pass (1) to P2 who lays the ball back (2) to P1. P2 moves in angle behind the cone and gets the ball back (3) from P1. At the moment P2 approaches, P3 moves farther from P2 and opens space to keep the distance between them. P3 accelerates in space to the front of the ball and gets the pass from P2. P3 dribbles towards and passes to P4. The progression is the same at the other triangle. Players change their positions continuously.

Description P1 starts this soccer drill with a sharp pass to P2 who lays it back. P1 forwards to P3, follows the ball and makes passive defending movements. After the pass from P1 to P3, P2 supports to make a wall pass with P3. P3 gets the ball back from P2 and dribbles towards and passes to P4. The progression is the same in the other side.
