Submitting Case Studies • To complete the course you will need to submit the 2 case studies (Dennis & Cathy) • Case Studies can be in Word, Excel or PDF. • You will want to include all the information the course covers (Exercise #, Exercise Name, Sets, Reps, Tempo and Rest).
