Arms (make 2x in light green yarn) Fill the arms with fiber filling along the way. I couldn’t find the pattern of the arms, but looking at the pictures I would advise: Round 1: Round 2-9:

Magic circle 8 sc’s (8) sc all (8)

Push round 9 flat. Crochet through 2 stitches at once to close the arms. Do this with 4 sc’s. Fasten off, leave a long tail for sewing. Sew the arms between round 21 and 22 of the body.

Leaf (make 2x in middle green yarn) Work around the chain. Round 1: Round 2:

chain 11 sc 10, ch 2, go on to the other side of the chain, sc 10, ch 1 (12)

Fasten off with a sl st in the ch where you made your first sc. Leave a long tail. Sew the leafs between round 45 and 49 of the body.

Eyebrows, lashes and mouth (in black and read embroidery thread) For the eyebrows and lashes: use black yarn. For the mouth: use red yarn. Look at the pictures below for the placing and shape of all the parts.
