1.0 ASPECTOS GENERALES 1.1 INTRODUCCIÓN La Empresa Odebrecht Perú Ingeniería y. Construcción S.A.C (OPIC), ha solicitado a Industrial Controls realizar el Estudio del Sistema Eléctrico para el proyecto de “Sistema de Recepción, Almacenamiento y Embarque de Minerales Y Amarradero “F” en Bahía Islay”, propiedad de la empresa TISUR, el área de influencia del estudio abarca toda las instalaciones del proyecto. El proyecto tiene como ubicación específica dista 1.090 km de la ciudad de Lima y 120 km de la ciudad de Arequipa., propiedad del cliente. El proyecto Amarradero F de Tisur se ubica en Bahía Islay, en Arequipa. Las recomendaciones propuestas que se plantean en el presente estudio asegurarán la correcta operación del sistema eléctrico. 1.2 OBJETIVOS DEL ESTUDIO Los objetivos principales del presente estudio son determinar las máximas corrientes de cortocircuito que se presenten en el sistema en estudio y con ello determinar las condiciones más adecuadas en la operación de las nuevas cargas a instalar a fin de evitar sobrecargas o desbalances en el sistema eléctrico, para atender las necesidades energéticas de las plantas asociadas a la barra en 10.0, 0.46 y 0.23 kV. Simular en base a diversos escenarios posibles de operación, la configuración más óptima, que garantice la inversión realizada y se compruebe la soportabilidad bajo condiciones de diseño, operación y contingencias. El principal punto a tocar será determinar el nivel de corto circuito máximo del sistema eléctrico desde la barra de .01 kV de la S.E. 830-SE-001, hasta las barras de 0.48 kV del proyecto.

1.3 ALCANCES DEL ESTUDIO El ámbito en que se desarrollará el presente servicio de consultoría es la realización del estudio de Corto Circuito del Sistema Eléctrico para el Proyecto de “Sistema de Recepción, Almacenamiento y Embarque de Minerales Y Amarradero “F” en Bahía Islay” desde las barras principales en 10.0 kV, con la finalidad de asegurar su correcta operación con los nuevos equipos instalados. Se realizarán simulaciones del sistema eléctrico del proyecto, mediante el uso de software ETAP versión 7.0, las simulaciones consisten en lo siguiente:  Estudio de corto circuito, basado en la norma ANSI/IEEE, para falla de corto circuito trifásico simétrico en los escenarios definidos. 1.4 DESCRIPCIÓN DEL SISTEMA ELÉCTRICO EN ESTUDIO El sistema eléctrico vinculado a la nueva S.E. SE-812-001 10.0 kV del cliente (TISUR), se va conectar a la subestación existente 830-SE-001, en el nivel de tensión de 10 kV. Desde la barra de 10.0 kV de la subestación existente 830-SE-001, saldrá una línea de transmisión en 10.0 kV con una longitud de aproximadamente 1.3 km hasta llegar a la futura S.E. 812-SE-00110.0 kV. En la subestación 812-SE-001,10.0 kV, se instalará un transformador de potencia de 4MVA de 10.0/0.46 kV (Δ/Δ) con capacidad de 4MVA (AN/AN) y 7.0 % (referida a 4 MVA) de impedancia de cortocircuito cada uno. Las barras de media tensión 10.0 kV operarán con el interruptor de acoplamiento normalmente abierto. El proyecto, contará con 4 subestaciones, las cuales estarán ubicadas cerca de las cargas correspondientes a cada proceso, estas subestaciones son:  812-SE-001, Subestación Eléctrica Principal: Esta subestación contará con 1 transformadores de: 4 MVA, 10.0/0.46 kV, desde esta Subestación se alimentara a las otras 3 subestaciones.

 812-SE-002, Subestación Eléctrica Administración: Esta subestación contará con 1 transformador de: 1.0 MVA, 10.0/0.46 kV.  812-SE-003, Subestación Eléctrica Almacén: Esta subestación contará con 1 transformador de: 4 MVA, 10.0/0.46 kV.  812-SE-004, Subestación Eléctrica Muelle: Esta subestación contará con 1 transformador de: 1.0 MVA, 10.0/0.46 kV. Para los sistemas de fuerza en baja tensión se dispondrán de centro control de motores ubicados en las diferentes salas eléctricas de la planta. Para nuestro caso el sistema fue modelado en el software desde la subestación 830SE-001 considerando los parámetros del Sistema Eléctrico de la planta en esa barra, y el equivalente de las cargas que se conectan a esta. Se modelaron las líneas que salen desde las celdas de 10.0 kV hasta las diferentes subestaciones ubicadas en la planta. Así mismo se modelaron las cargas en cada su tablero y MCC como son fajas transportadoras, bombas, etc. 2.0 ANÁLISIS DEL SISTEMA ELÉCTRICO Se ha realizado el cálculo de la corriente de cortocircuito para el escenario de máxima demanda de la instalación, es decir con todas las cargas trabajando a potencia nominal, se ha realizado con el fin de obtener las máximas corrientes de cortocircuito que se podrían presentar en el área de influencia, las cuales no deberían exceder la capacidad de ruptura de los equipos a instalarse como parte del proyecto, así como el de los existentes. Este análisis ha sido realizado para verificar que los equipos a instalarse como parte del proyecto tengan la capacidad de soportar corrientes de cortocircuito superiores a las que se calculen en este análisis. 2.1 DATOS DEL SISTEMA ELÉCTRICO Para el análisis del Cálculo de Cortocircuito, se ha

2.2 METODOLOGÍA Las simulaciones de Corto Circuito nos permiten observar el comportamiento del sistema en estado transitorio determinándose los niveles de tensión y corriente en las barras que el sistema de protección tendrá que relevar, la distribución de los flujos de corriente en las líneas y transformadores de distribución dada la presencia de una falla puntual en una barra se apreciará su incidencia e impacto en toda la instalación. Se aplica la norma IEEE Std. 242 y el corto circuito considerando las tensiones de operación que considera: 

Durante el cortocircuito no se modifica el tipo de cortocircuito.

Durante la falla no existe cambio en la red.



Todos los capacitores, admitancias shunt, cargas no rotóricas, no se consideran, con excepción de los que intervienen en la secuencia cero.



La impedancia de los transformadores es referida al Tap de la posición principal.



Las tensiones se inicializan en 1.1 pu y 1 pu.

Se utilizan las reactancias subtransitorias en las máquinas. Para evaluar los resultados de cortocircuito se ha considerado también incluir dentro del resultado de valores el aporte de las capacitancias del sistema eléctrico y considerar el valor de tensión en las barras pre-condición de falla bajo las siguientes condiciones: 

Niveles de tensión recomendados para la simulación:  Operación Normal: +5% Vnom  Operación ante Contingencias: +5% Vnom.

2.3 CONTRIBUCIÓN DEL MOTOR Y DE LA CARGA

Los parámetros del motor (LRC, torsión mínima y de ruptura, factor de energía, eficiencia, etc.) para motores de media tensión están de acuerdo a la librería de estimación de parámetros del software. Los parámetros de impedancia fueron estimados utilizando la función de estimación de Parámetros en ETAP. Las contribución a la corriente de corto circuito del motor y la carga son consideradas en los cálculos. 2.4 CARGAS EN LÍNEAS Y TRANSFORMADORES Las simulaciones efectuadas para las cargas en líneas de distribución en baja tensión y para transformadores tanto de potencia como de distribución se han

basado en las siguientes condiciones:  Líneas de Distribución: 100% Pnom  Transformadores: 100% Pnom Esta condición es la más crítica ya que se está asumiendo que los transformadores y cables de energía trabajarán al 100% de sus potencias nominales, con esto se logra obtener el mayor aporte de corrientes de cortocircuito. En todos los casos evaluados se ha considerado lo siguiente:  Las cargas con el modelo de potencia constante, distribuidas en las salidas de los alimentadores o feeders de la red de los circuitos involucrados en el presente estudio.  La subestación 812-SE-001 alimentada desde la SSEE 830-SE-001 en 1.0kV en condiciones operativas y siempre conectada al sistema.  Todas las cargas de los circuitos considerados en el estudio conectadas siempre. 2.5 SOFTWARE UTILIZADO El software utilizado para realizar el análisis, las simulaciones de flujo de carga y cortocircuito es el ETAP Power Station versión 7 bajo entorno Windows, que es una poderosa herramienta de ingeniería que permite simular redes eléctricas de potencia y de distribución para facilitar su planificación, diseño y operación. ETAP Power Station permite realizar en toda la red y de manera simultánea estudios de caída de tensión, flujo de carga y corrientes de cortocircuito en sistemas equilibrados o desequilibrados. Otra particularidad es que se pueden trazar en pantalla los perfiles de tensión y de corrientes de cortocircuito. Las funciones de ubicación óptima de condensadores, de balance de carga y el módulo opcional para optimizar la configuración del sistema eléctrico, sugiere al ingeniero maneras para minimizar pérdidas y gracias a la función de crecimiento de carga es posible representar la carga de las redes para los años futuros.

2.6 ESCENARIOS Para el análisis del sistema eléctrico en estudio se ha considerado un solo escenario de operación en el cual se considera la condición de mayor corriente de corto circuito. Como es sabido los valores máximos de cortocircuito se consiguen cuando existen contribuciones de otras fuentes, por lo que para éste escenario se ha considerado las contribuciones de los motores conectados a los CCM de las 4 subestaciones. Las condiciones se definieron de la siguiente forma:  Operación de todas las cargas instaladas. 2.7 ANÁLISIS DE RESULTADOS Se ha modelado los componentes eléctricos del sistema involucrado desde el punto de suministro en 10.0 kV con la información proporcionada (Criterio de Diseño Eléctrico, TISUR-900-047-CDI-00001_02); en el que se consigna como potencia de cortocircuito trifásico 180MVA la barra de S.E. 830-SE-001 en 10.0 kV. Corriente de cortocircuito máxima Estos valores son utilizados para especificar las capacidades soportadas del equipo eléctrico (barras colectoras, centro control de motores, interruptor, etc.) y para definir los valores nominales de interrupción de los dispositivos de protección. 3.0 CONCLUSIONES Y RECOMENDACIONES 3.1 CORTO CIRCUITO  Los resultados de máxima corriente de Corto circuito se muestran en las tablas resumen 1, 2, 3, y 4.  Los valores de Potencia de Cortocircuito en la barra de 10.0 kV de la SE Central Térmica (830-SE-001) son como se muestran en la “tabla a”.
