For this task a Ram is selected from the Memory library

The Ram parameters are adjusted for 10 bit address and 8 bit data with interface separate load and store

In order to be able to use this Ram correctly the sel input is connected to Power and the clock input is connected to clock and the clr input is connected to ground as shows in the next figure

The input A represent the address is connected to 10 bit input and the input D is connected to 8 bit input representing the data. Input str and ld are connected to the output of the control circuit

The output D of the Memory is connected to 2 seven segment display modules to display the content of the memory during the read process
