He wanted to stay near the river because he was in love with a reed. She was tall and thin. All the other swallows thought that staying was silly because he could die with cold. When the other swallows left, he was very happy but soon he was sad. .The reed said she couldn’t go and so the swallow left. He flew over the countryside and arrived at the city where she sat in the Prince’s shoulder. It was a nice place to sleep. At the end, the swallow refused do go to Egypt and stayed to help the blind Prince even knowing he would die from cold. Good friends stick together even in bad moments. 5) Both friends went to Heaven because they did good deeds on Earth: they helped those in need. Good people get they reward and go to Paradise when they die.
