You will hear part of an interview with Lynda Bryant, producer of a special kind of reality TV show. Listen to the interview and answer the question Is This Being Said? For questions 1 to 10, answer YES or NO 0. The original purpose of ‘historical’ reality TV was to show how people used YES to live. 1. This ‘historical’ reality TV marked the anniversary of Channel 4 2. According to Lynda, participants in The 1900 House could only use products available 200 years ago. 3. Lynda says these participants disliked dressing up in such old-fashioned clothes. 4. Lynda says some of the children in The 1900 House missed school. 5. She says these children had to act as a family. 6. Following the success of The 1900 House a similar programme was made in the USA 7. Besides, the participants returned for a further six months. 8. According to Lynda historical reality succeeded because viewers identify with the participants more closely 9. In the show The Manor House, some participants worked harder than others. 10.

In this show some participants found the experience boring.
