How much do you use your smartphone? Will you change anything about how you use your smartphone after listening this information?

My smartphone is used almost all the time, because it is my work tool, what I would change about the use of my phone would be, not to use it at meal times, at night, when I am in meetings, to So have better communication with the people around me.

Phase 2: Write in the forum 8 recommendations about how to use smartphones correctly in your office or in your home.

• For no reason should the child go to bed with the cell phone. According to research, it generates sleep disorders and insomnia. • Keep the cell phone as far away from the body as possible during the conversation. Whenever possible, use the "speakerphone" or a hands-free device or Bluetooth. • We must make rational use of cell phones and not spend hours and hours talking. If possible, they should be short calls and not have near organs because they can be affected in the long term. • It is good to leave the cell phone at home on some day of the week and turn it off on some occasions, to take a break from it and not depend on it at all times. • There are applications such as Moment, Quality Time or Offtime that allow to measure during the time that the cell phone is used in an effective way. These are useful to set limits for healthy use. • At home you can establish activity times or activities that do not include cell phone use. For example, time to eat. • Children do not use a screen more than two hours a day during business days. • If you use the cell phone as an alarm clock, replace the cell phone with an alarm clock, so as not to leave your phone nearby.
