SPEED VARIATION of 1-Ǿ INDUCTION MOTOR FOR REAL TIME APPLICATION A WIRELESS SYSTEM The Aim of this project is to develop a System that can be used to vary the Speed of 1-Ǿ Induction Motor for Real Time Application in Industries using Advanced Wireless Technology. Wireless technology is already making inroads into the everyday lives of consumers with cellular phones, pagers and infrared devices. The possibilities for wireless seem almost limitless. Inspiration behind the concept to eliminate the need for proprietary cables, which are currently required to enable the device connectivity. Consider a situation in a industry where a control of motors is required. Manual control of all motors is labour oriented, time consuming and inefficient in. keeping this in view the project discussed here replaces cables with air medium. This system reduces manpower and hence reduces cables with air medium. This system reduces man power and hence reduces human errors associated with the system. AC motors have applications in both industrial and commercial areas, particularly in industrial area many processes are run on AC motors and different control panels are provided for controlling these motors. If there is any variation in the system on has to rectify the variation. Many different types of manual controls of motors are available in the market. This project controls the motor wirelessly. This project uses remote to control the motor. If there is any variation the variation can be rectified sitting at a remote place using remote wireless technology is used in this project. The project uses a wireless radio frequency Technology. The waves can pass through obstruction like walls, Ceilings etc. The System can be designed for any number of K. M. i.e. longer distances. Hence the Motor can be controlled from a long distances the wireless transmitter is light weight portable very easy to carry work a rechargeable Battery

APPLICATION:1) Each and Every industry employs Motor. Hence this system can be used for controlling of Motors in every industry. 2) Can be used for controlling water Motor pump sets in Agricultural System, Hotels, Colleges, Residential areas, Hospitals, Any organizations etc., 3) Can be used for the Speed control of fan in Residence, Hotels, School, Colleges, Hospitals, Offices, Organizations etc., 4) This System can be used to control any processes in Industries. 5) Can be used to control the speed of Grinder in Hotels. 6) As the Motor is used in every field this project has application in every field. ADVANTAGES:1) This project Reduces cables employed for control of Motors. 2) Building and other infrastructure has no restriction to operation as it works on FM frequency. 3) The transmitter is very portable & light weight, easy to carry. 4) Improves productivity of the Industries. 5) The wireless waves can pass through obstruction like cement, wood, plastic etc. 6) Saves time of production as one can have a centralized control. 7) The System can be designed for longer distances. 8) A Single person can do different works at the same time. 9) Reduces the Man power employed for control of Motors. 10) Sitting at a remote place one can control the Industrial Activities. FUTURE SCOPE:1) With a Modification in the Circuit the System can be designed for 3-Ǿ [Three phase system] or 3-Ǿ Motor Control. 2) The project can be made more advanced using wireless video Technology. 3) A computer with a Software programming can be used to control the Industrial activities and the Monitor can be used as a display for Motor Speed indication and process indication etc.
