Problem Description: As a student, I have discovered that we always have problem planning the schedule for the project. There will be always new ideas but they are not easy to implement. Sometime we thing that we have done a task but that’s not actually the truth. Too many things to do, overload people with work. Inform the status of the project, so everyone is notice when there is a trouble.

PROPOSAL PIP # Proposal Description 1 A workflow is a simple and effective way to get things done. 2 A well-refined product backlog helps you to focus on what’s most important right now, while not ignoring other. 3 Make your own definition of done, an example cloud be:  Feature is implemented  Unit tests are passing  Documentation is up-to-date  Feature is reviewed by QA  Code is in master branch  Code is deployed to production 4 You can reduce your cycle times by having fewer tasks in progress at the same time. Consider setting work in progress limits to your workflow. 5 With a physical board on the wall, you walk into the room and you can immediately see what is going on.

All the points above are very simple but they are very useful to improve the software development.
