PRE-NUPTIAL AGREEMENT This Pre-Nuptial Agreement made and executed into and in Muntinlupa City, Philippines, this day of 16 September 2016 and between:

MR. ROY LOPEZ, Filipino, of legal age, with address at 297 Dian Street, Palanan, Makati City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the “PROSPECTIVE HUSBAND”; - and MS. TERESA CAMPOS, Filipino, of legal age, with address at 95 Tindalo Street, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the “PROSPECTIVE WIFE”;

WITNESSETH That the Prospective Husband and Prospective Wife are committed to the decision of validly marrying each other in the eyes of law; That the Prospective Husband and the Prospective Wife intend for this pre-nuptial agreement to be recognized upon the fulfillment of their marriage; That the Prospective Husband and the Prospective Wife WHEREAS, in such regime, a Prospective Spouse shall have sole and exclusive ownership, rights, and interests over his/her present property that he/she has now or may acquire in the future, as well as those which may be acquired during the marriage, regardless of any manner and means of transfer, to the exclusion of the other spouse, and vice-versa; WHEREAS, a Prospective Spouse shall likewise exclusively own all earnings or income from the exercise of any profession, business, or industry in the same manner set forth in the immediately preceding paragraph; WHEREAS, both Prospective Spouses shall proportionately answer for family expenses, including but not limited to: 1) Support for rearing and education of future children;
