There are vertebrate animals and invertebrate animals. Hay animales vertebrados (con huesos) y animales invertebrados (sin huesos).

VERTEBRATES/VERTEBRADOS MAMMALS/MAMÍFEROS Mammals have hair/Los mamíferos tienen pelo. Mammals have four legs/ los mamíferos tienen cuatro patas. Mammals are viviparous / Los mamíferos son vivíparos. The monkey is a mammal, the dolphin and the bat too./ el mono es un mamífero, el delfín y el murciélago también.

BIRDS/PÁJAROS O AVES Birds have feathers/los pájaros tienen plumas. Birds have two legs/los pájaros tienen dos patas. Birds can fly/ los pájaros pueden volar. Birds are oviparous/ los pájaros son ovíparos.

REPTILES/REPTILES.

Los reptiles son ovíparos

Algunos reptiles tienen patas

Los reptiles tienen escamas

Los reptiles se deslizan
