DIPTI MARINE FENDERS IRM of fers the widest range of fenders to suit almost all kinds of ber ths and ber thing methods in various climatic and site conditions. We manufacture the entire range of solid as well as floating (pneumatic, foamfilled & hydro pneumatic) fenders to accommodate ber thing requirements of the smallest fishing boats to ULCCs and VLCCs for jet ty as well as ship to ship operations. Our fenders are renowned for their long and trouble-free service life without deterioration in it’s per formance and characteristics. They are the last word in reliability and safety and are preferred worldwide where critical applications are envisaged. Custom-made designs of “DIPTI” fenders of fer greater economy while conforming to the international specifications and operational requirements. Today, DIPTI is synonymous with the high quality precision moulded rubber fenders for por ts and harbors. “DIPTI” fenders are manufactured by compression moulding process at very high pressure up to 2000 tons load, which is much bet ter and advanced technology than the ancient ex trusion process, resulting in zero porosity / bubble free moulding of fenders. “DIPTI” fenders are manufactured from dif ferent type of rubber compound according to the ber thing energy requirements & site conditions. These compounds are made of purest form of natural rubber, high abrasion resistant synthetic rubbers like Neoprene, SBR, EPDM, having excellent U.V resistance, resistance to ozone aging, resistance to sea water etc. They can with stand ex treme climate conditions from very low ambient temperature to very high ambient temperature prevailing in various locations across the globe.

“DIPTI” DCY series Cylindrical Fenders are commonly used fenders recommended for all types of application to ensure a safe and linear ber thing for the dif ferent kind of Vessels. DCY Fenders are an economical solution to protect most of the ber thing structures and of fer much ease for installation. The distinct characteristic of these Fenders are a linear load deflection curve. This implies less reaction force at lower deflection. When the range of vessel varies from small to big in the same ber th, these fenders of fer lesser reaction force for smaller vessel unlike buckling column fenders. These Fenders are manufactured by compression moulding process at very high pressure of 1000 to 2000 Tons Load, which is much bet ter and advanced technology than the ancient ex trusion process, resulting in zero porosity / bubble free moulding of Rubber Fenders. This thus enhances its design life. “DIPTI” Cylindrical Fenders are available in wide range from 100 mm outer diameter to 3000 mm outer diameter in 2 to 3 meter length single piece moulded.( Higher length available on specific request.) DIPTI ARCH FENDERS DA SERIES “DIPTI” DA series Arch Fenders were introduced to improve upon the per formance of Cylindrical Fenders. “DIPTI” Arch Fenders are having a bet ter Energy / Reaction force ratio and recommended for all types of applications. The very shape of these Fenders helps to dissipate the stresses evenly. These Fenders are very easy to install and are maintenance free. Generally preferred for small to medium range Vessels. These are manufactured by compression moulding under very high load in single piece with steel inser t plates encapsulated in the legs to fit them to Whar f /Jet ty Structure. These Fenders have got very good shear resistance and do not require tension and shear chains even when they are equipped with Frontal Pads. The unique rubber compound developed for these Fenders are having excellent U.V Resistance, resistance to ozone aging, resistance to sea water and ex treme climate conditions from very low ambient temperature to very high temperatures prevailing in Global ber thing locations. “DIPTI” DA series Arch Fenders are available in wide range from 150mm height to 1000mm height in dif ferent lengths up to 3.5 ( or more on specific request) meter single piece as per customers requirements.

DIPTI FLAT TOP ARCH FENDERS DFTA SERIES “DIPTI” DFTA series Flat Top Arch Fenders are developed to reduce hull pressure, which of fers excellent energy absorption with relatively less hull pressure due to its wide contact face. This is in fact positioned between Arch Fenders and "W" type Fender in the category of direct contact Fenders. These Fenders can also be equipped with Frontal Frame to suit specific ber thing conditions and duty. These Fenders are equipped with inser t plates at the base to facilitate fitment to the whar f. These Fenders are used ex tensively on dif ferent types of ber thing structures. A wide rage of Vessels can be ber thed on these Fenders depending upon the Height and Energy - Reaction characteristics. These Fenders are resistant to U.V rays, Ozone aging and sea water at times polluted by traces of oil too. DIPTI I FENDERS DI SERIES “DIPTI” DI series I type Fender are a combination of two I section ver tical legs and fabricated Frontal Frames equipped with low friction UHMW HDPE pads. These Fenders are the most ideal choice for critical heavy duty applications where ber thing conditions are not generally favourable. These Fenders are best option for open sea Ber thing Structures / Dolphins / Jet ties, where ex treme wave and current conditions are prevailing. Our DI type Fenders are capable of per forming under ex treme shear and compression with at most reliability. They are equipped with weight, shear and tension chain depending upon the duty. These Fenders are compression moulded at very high load in controlled curing parameters. They of fer excellent resistance to ozone aging, UV rays and sea water. “DIPTI” DI series I-type Fenders are available in wide range from 400mm height to 2500mm height in dif ferent lengths up to 1 to 4 meters with suitable Frontal Frames and chains as per customers requirements.

DIPTI CELL FENDERS DC SERIES “DIPTI” DC series Cell Fenders are best employed for smallest to biggest Vessels where Reaction Force is an impor tant criteria. Among all types of Fenders, Cell Fenders of fer minimum reaction per ton-meter energy absorbed. The very geometrical shape gives it sturdiness, shear resistance, compact Structure and the capacity to absorb energy equally from all directions. The Cylindrical buckling column absorbs a xial loads ef fectively and buckles radially. This results in multi directional dispersion of energy. These fenders are equipped with Frontal Frames with low friction facia Pads to reduce the shear force as well as the hull pressure. DIPTI PNEUMATIC FENDERS “DIPTI” DPN series Pneumatic Fenders are manufactured as per ISO 17357: 2002 with 0.5 Kg/Cm2 and 0.8 Kg/Cm2 internal pressure. These Fenders are ex tensively used for ship to ship transfers at mid seas, double banking operation as well as vessel to ber th at dock/jet ty. The Special proper ty of Pneumatic fender is it’s Low reaction force at low Deflection. This very proper ty of Pneumatic makes it most suitable fender for Liquid cargo Vessels and Defense vessels with very sensitive equipments. These Fenders of fer excellent Energy Absorption characteristic and do have a linear Load Deflection Characteristic. They are very easy to install, remove and handle for various applications. These Fenders are generally equipped with chain nets and tyres, or with wire rope nets with End Rings, Towing Rings, and Swivel Joint with suitable D-Shackles at both ends for bet ter life. Sling type fenders are also available on specific request. These Fenders of fer excellent resistance to Shear Force, inclined compression and highly reliable. The care fully craf ted high abrasion resistant ex ternal layer prevents atmospheric aging and Nylon tyre cord layers ensure high mechanical strength under heavy compression. Internal rubber layers ensure a positive seal to maintain the desired internal pressure. The latest moulding technology, a combination of heat, pressure and compression moulding and accurate process parameters makes our pneumatic fender ex tremely reliable and ensure a trouble free long life. Our DPN series Fenders are also used in ver tical position with buoyancy ballast for Submarine application. “DIPTI” Pneumatic Fenders are also supplied in grey colour for nonstaining / Naval Applications. “Dipti” DPN series Pneumatic Fenders are available in wide range from 500mm Diameter to 4500mm Diameter in 1000mm Length to 12000mm Length as per customers requirements. Unlike DR type fenders, a xis of these fenders are fixed These Fenders are ex tremely robust and can absorb large impacts without deformation. “DIPTI” Roller Fenders are resistant to wear and tear more so, by the vir tue of its capability to rotate in the direction of the impact. By its rotating motion it neutralizes a large amount of the impact energy. These Fenders can be installed ver tically to accommodate rolling and pitching of Vessels during loading and unloading of cargo. These are the Fenders, which can adequately cope up with lateral / grazing loading when the Vessels move parallel to the Wharf. These are manufactured and assembled using special technology for a uniform deflection of the rollers at its circumference and a smooth movement (Rotation) in the direction of the force and ensure a safe passage to the Vessels without damaging the Structures. Non standard model can also be designed and manufactured to suit specific requirements.

These Fenders are manufactured from specialized rubber compound which of fers more sturdiness to the Fenders for enhanced service life and gives excellent U.V resistance proper ty, resistance to ozone aging, resistance to sea water. “DIPTI” DDA series Fenders are available in wide range from 150mm height to 1300mm height in dif ferent lengths up to 8 meter single piece as per customers requirements.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION DIPTI UHMW PE PAD “DIPTI” UHMW PE Pads will not crack or splinter from impact, and is more abrasion-resistant than hardened steel. With a lower coef ficient of friction than glass, which reduces the ber thing friction, enormous wear & tear of Fenders and prevent cuts and shear failure of Fenders. “DIPTI” UHMW PE Pads will withstand the most severe movement of Ship's hull without scraping away paints. ““DIPTI” UHMW PE Pads is impervious to common industrial chemicals and does not absorb water. This gives it the added advantage of a “nonstick”, “non-freeze” characteristic, and ““DIPTI” UHMW PE Pads do not became brit tle even at sub-zero temperature.
